Types of care
We provide person-centred nursing care services for older people in need of support or for individuals living with dementia. It is important to us that our care services are delivered in a way that celebrates each person’s individuality and helps them to maintain as much independence as possible, so we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each person. This could include personal one-to-one time with staff members when needed, regular visits from a chiropodist or just adhering to special dietary requirements.Read more

Hi, my name is Debbie and I am the General Manager here at Cherry Trees. Welcome to our website!
I originally joined Cherry Trees as the Head of Care, after a career in teaching and caring for children. My passion is ensuring our resident's specific care and nursing needs are met and are the core of the wonderful work the team does here at Cherry Trees.
Staff training and development is of the utmost importance to me, as a qualified trainer for Barchester Healthcare I ensure that our team are up-to-date with the latest research, policies and best practice, so that I we can enhance the quality of life and care delivered throughout the home.
I am committed to the delivery of person-centered care and focus on what residents can do, not what they can't. I promote independence and well-being and consider working in this sector to be a privilege, not a job.
I am dedicated to ensuring the delivery of high quality care by my team and endeavour to create happiness amongst residents at Cherry Trees.Get in touch Meet my team
