Our teams are trained to enrich the lives of residents through stimulating the mind, body and soul, and taking the time to learn about each person to ensure everyone receives support that adds enrichment to their life.
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Burwood Grange Care Home
Parkinson's UK Weybridge & Woking Wellbeing Group
Burwood Grange welcomed the Parkinson’s UK group (Woking & Weybridge) for their first meeting held with us today
The group had been looking for a quiet place to hold their weekly meetings and Burwood Grange were very happy to oblige.
After various exercises using resistance bands and other helpful exercises the group enjoyed a lovely sandwich buffet along with home made cake which was very popular with the group.
Sunset Sessions
Our first sunset sessions of the summer took place on Friday and we had an amazing time!
They will be running through the summer on the last Friday of each month until August, so, if you didn't make this one there will be more to come!
A Burwood Birthday!
Happy Birthday Roma!
Yesterday at Burwood Grange, it was the very special Roma's Birthday!
Everyone gathered in our bar to join in the celebrations, eating cake, listening to music and helping Roma make the most of her big day. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Bingo Bonanza
We’ve linked up with all Barchester care homes and hospitals across the country for Barchester’s Bingo Bonanza.
Our residents were treated to some exciting virtual games of Bingo as part of Barchester’ very own game show series.
We all had a fantastic time and enjoyed some friendly competition.

At Burwood Grange, Chris and Nina have been busy fixing up some areas of their garden.

World Cocktail Day
Luckily for us at Burwood Grange, we have the most beautiful bar which made the prefect location for our cocktail celebrations!
We made a range of juicy mocktails and tasty cocktails for everyone to try, then the residents had a go at creating their own drinks.
Everyone had such a great time, we feel like every day should be cocktail day!

Ballroom dancing with Simon
Back by popular demand. Simon is coming back to show us some new dance moves and have us all up on the floor.
Summer is here time for a party
This year we are going all things Beach and seaside for our annual Summer Party.
We will have our shorts and shades on and hope the sun is shining for us.
