Hello and welcome to Burwood Grange part of Barchester Health Care Group. My name is Dacre and I am very proud to be leading our team here at the beautiful Burwood Grange, a state of the art care home in which I’m sure you will be more than happy.
I am a qualified manager with 15 years of experience leading teams in both private and public health care providers and I pride myself on striving to achieve excellence for those entrusted into our care. I believe that life in a care home should be a fulfilling experience and one that should bring purpose and enjoyment to every day. Burwood grange is a beautiful, purpose built care home in which our main focus is to enrich the lives of our residents. We aim to do so by not only understanding the needs of those in our care, but through engaging with them in developing a personalised approach to their care that ensures we enhance their experience daily. Every day should be a special day.
