Hello, my name is Lindsey and I am the Deputy Manager here at Burwood Grange. I have had the pleasure of working for Barchester Healthcare for the past 11 years where I have fulfilled my passion for caring for people. My role is to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care while taking a person centred approach.

Hello, my name is Katy, I am the administrator here at Burwood Grange. I am really excited to be part of the Barchester team. I have worked in care for over five years. I cant wait to support the home and build our community here. You will usually find me in the office. I am on hand to answer any questions you have about your loved one, the home and all aspects of the admin side. Please pop in and say hello. 

Hello, My name is Sophie, I am the Activities coordinator here at Burwood Grange. I have worked in the care industry for many years and It gives me a real joy to empower our residents daily. Supporting them to live a fulfilling and enriched life is my priority and I feel very lucky to be able to do that here at Burwood Grange along side my fantastic team. 

Hello, My name is Matthew and I am the Head Chef here at Burwood Grange. I joined the care industry straight from catering college 12 years ago, working my way up from Kitchen assistant to Head Chef. I love to travel and I gain inspiration for my food from the places I have been. Food is an important part of our everyday lives and I am passionate about providing the best for our residents. 

It is a wonderful opportunity for me to be able to cook nutritious and tasty meals for our residents in this beautiful environment. I am looking forward to welcoming our first residents and their loved ones to our home and to try my cooking. 

Hello, My name is Julian, I am the Head of Maintenance here at Burwood Grange. I feel very privileged to be working in this luxury environment supporting our residents. This role comes with great responsibility that I am fully prepared to take on. The team here are great and I look forward to watching our home and family grow.

Hello, My name is Kerry and I am the Head of Housekeeping at Burwood Grange. I have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and I am very excited to be working in such a beautiful, luxury environment and supporting our residents everyday. 

Hello, my name is Paula. I joined the Barchester team in 2024 as Administration Assistant and look forward to welcoming the residents and their families to Burwood Grange. You will always see a friendly face and a big welcome when you visit.

I hold a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Finance, I really love sewing and my two dogs.

Hello, my name is Mariana. Originally I come from Romania. I arrived in the UK in 2013 and have worked in care since. I am a senior carer at Burwood Grange. I decided to work for Barchester because it's such high quality and the training is excellent. It has been a big experience for me. I have enjoyed meeting my new team and getting to know them. My manager Dacre is excellent and very helpful.

My family life is very busy with my own elderly parents. Many things I have learned already help me be a better carer to them, as they mean so much to me. Seeing other people happy brings me so much joy and I am proud to be a part of the team here.

Hello, My name is Felicia and I am a Senior Carer. I am from Romania and this is where I trained and worked as a nurse for 25 years. I love to care for people and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. I am very excited to be part of the Burwood Grange Team, I have worked for Barchester since 2017 and I feel very privileged to come and work in one of their luxury homes. I am very much looking forward to welcoming our residents and their loved ones and watching our family grow.
