Our Team

The dedicated and experienced team are passionate about providing quality care to each individual living at the home.

Sarah Nolan

General Manager

Thank you for taking the time to look further into what Brookfield has to offer.

Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team and shown here are our Heads of Department. Each one of them plays a vital role in the day to day running of the home. I have been in care now since 2002 beginning life as a carer here at Brookfield and then in 2006 I was delighted to be promoted to General Manager. What I love most about my job is caring for people - I love to take time out of my busy day to go round and speak with the residents. I am truly passionate about ensuring that all the ladies and gents who live here with us are provided with the very best care and as a team we all support them to live a healthy and happy life.

Jane Devoti

Deputy Manager

Jane assists in the management of the home and ensuring the provision of quality care.

Jeannette Stott

Administrator

Having joined us in November 2008, Jeanette is a hugely integral part of the team.  When asked what she likes best about the job, Jeanette replied by saying with a giggle: 'Sarah (GM) says I've got to say her! But we do get on really well and I really do love working for her. It's great to be able to see everything through from start to finish and it's really nice to be able to help families as they try to navigate their way through maze that is care fees funding.'

In her spare time Jeanette loves to spend time with her family, particularly all her grandchildren.

Gemma Stone

Activities Coordinator

My name is Gemma and I have lived in Warrington all my life. I love working at Brookfield; I am very approachable and open to any new ideas you might have.

Prior to working at Brookfield, I was a community care worker for eighteen months. I visited clients in their own homes and assisted with their personal needs. I also supported a lady twice a week, and helped her to integrate back into the community.

At Brookfield, I am in charge of all activities, and I work closely with residents to provide them with a programme that they can all enjoy.

Dave Stott

Gardener

Our fabulous gardener Dave has worked here for 5 years and our beautiful gardens are a real credit to all his hard work and dedication.  When asked what he likes best about working here – it’s just about everything!  ‘Who wouldn’t like a job doing what you love best – gardening!’

In his spare time Dave loves to watch a spot of football or rugby – and follows Man City (don’t hold that against him!) and Warrington Wolves.  Dave has another part time job as well – so just manages to squeeze us into his busy week – so if you need a spot of Fork Lift Truck training – he’s your man!  Don’t upset him though – as you’ll have Jeanette after you!!
