Hi, my name is Michelle, and I am the Deputy Manager acting as General Manager here at Boroughbridge Manor. Welcome to our website!
I have worked in care since October 2000 with nearly 20 years’ experience behind me in residential care, nursing care and challenging behavior. I have worked for Boroughbridge Manor since June 2013 and worked in the beginning as a carer progressing to Senior carer, Team leader and then to Deputy Manager in 2017.
As I have progressed I have completed my level 2 & 3 in health and social care and level 3 and level 5 advanced diploma in Management and leadership. I am kind and empathic and continue to focus on providing a person centered approach to the care that we deliver in Boroughbridge Manor.Get in touch Meet my team
