Hello, my name is Neil Todd and I am Acting General Manager here at Barchester Leeming Bar. Thank you for taking the time to look further into what our home has to offer you or your loved one.
I have had a good and progressive career, beginning as a Carer and eventually progressing to a senior carer, team leader and deputy manager.
I then ventured into the assessment and social work teams within a local authority before taking on my first home in the private sector as a registered manager. I led that home from an 'Inadequate' rating to a good, safe and successful home. I then stepped into regional roles as a support manager and Peripatetic Manger finally Operations Manager.
I am kind and compassionate and I focus on providing a safe, warm and caring environment for everyone we support.
Here is an opportunity to look at some of the staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.
