Hi, my name is Michelle, and I am the General Manager here at Leeming Bar Grange. Welcome to our website!
I have worked in care since October 2000, with nearly 20 years’ experience behind me in residential care, nursing care and challenging behavior. I worked at Boroughbridge Manor, one of our sister homes, since June 2013, starting as a carer and eventually progressing to Senior Carer, Team Leader and then to Deputy Manager in 2017.
As I have progressed, I have completed my level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care and level 3 and level 5 advanced diploma in Management & Leadership. I am kind and empathic and continue to focus on providing a person-centered approach to the care that we deliver in Leeming Bar.Get in touch Meet my team
