I have worked at Wykeham House since 2 January 1997, three months after the home was opened. I started as a part-time Administrative Assistant before becoming the Administrator on 1 October 1998. I achieved an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration in 2001. I deal with the business and finance of the home, working closely with the General Manager.
I work with a great team of people and no two days are ever the same at Wykeham House which I like very much. During my time at the home, I have met some amazing people - they have been staff, residents and relatives, many of whom have moved on and I still keep in touch with some of them.
