Hi, my name is Pramojil and I am the Senior General Manager. Welcome to our website!

I am currently general manager at Windmill Manor. I am a Qualified Nurse and have since been promoted to the position of Senior General Manager. I am committed to ensuring the residents receive the very highest standard of nursing and care, and I am passionate about developing and leading my team in a way in which they are empowered to use their skills and knowledge for the wellbeing of those we support. We consistently receive positive feedback from our residents, relatives and other visitors for the great care, food and other facilities we provide. We have stunning grounds which we are able to use for the benefit of the residents and the local community. I was proud to be recognised as the General Manager of the Year for Barchester's South Division, also receiving the award for Team of the year, Garden, Chef of the Year, and many staff members also being recognised for their outstanding contribution to the home.

This is an award winning home and I am proud to induct new Barchester General Managers to showcase our home and standards.
