Hi, I am the Clinical Deputy Manager here at Windmill Manor. I qualified as a nurse in 2009 and have acquired knowledge and skill in various nursing disciplines throughout my career. I started working with elderly frail residents in December 2017 and it was then that I had first hand experience of caring and nursing people who are diagnosed with dementia. I am passionate about Nursing and caring for others especially our older generation. I believe we should always treat others with love and kindness. I am delighted to be part of the team here at Windmill Manor and will endeavour to do my best at all times for our residents.
I first joined the team at Windmill Manor in 2011 as a part-time Admin Assistant, only a few months after the home opened. I then spent two and a half years as the Administrator at another Barchester home, before returning to Windmill Manor in 2018.
