Meet the Waterside Court Care Home team
From carers to chefs and housekeepers, staff in our home are here to deliver high quality care and services to those we support. Check below to meet some of the friendly faces you are likely to see when visiting our home:
My name is Roxana Moldovan and I am the General Manager here at Waterside Court.
I have worked in adult nursing in the UK since 2014. I am very passionate about delivering the best possible care for residents in my home. I always work with a positive and bubbly attitude and strive to get the best out of my team. I am very lucky to be supported by my partner and my son at home, and by my dedicated and lovely team at work.
I would like to bring the best out of Waterside Court and together, with my team, deliver excellent person-centred care with dignity and respect as the core values. I have a wealth of experience in nursing, working as a Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. I also hold a Diploma Level 5 in Management and Leadership, which I completed at Hereford and Ludlow College.
Hello, my name is Victoria and I’m the Home Services Advisor for Waterside Court.
Having a brother with Learning Disabilities meant that I became involved in social care from a very young age. I can fully empathise with the difficult decisions that we can sometimes face and I love my role because it enables me to provide support and guidance to those in need of it.
Another part of my role involves working closely with groups and organisations in the local community. My aim is to form strong relationships so that we can bring the community into Waterside Court, helping us to enrich and benefit the lives of our residents, their families and the local community.
I am also a Dementia Champion for the Alzheimer’s Society and am always willing to help support those living with dementia and their families. I run frequent Dementia Friends sessions and am always available to support those in need of help.
If you would like some advice about moving into care, or just fancy a chat in these difficult times, please get in contact and I’ll be happy to help however I can.
