Clemence Heriman
Hello, my name is Clem, and I am the Home Manager here at the luxury residential care home, Waterside Court in Wallingford. Welcome to our website and beautiful home!
As a Senior General Manager and Registered Nurse, I have been able to mentor, develop and share my skill set to enhance the lives of the people we look after, and those I work with at Barchester Healthcare across Oxfordshire,
I am passionate about the lives of our older generation and believe we learn from our residents every day. We encourage each of our residents to live life to the full and remain part of the local community.
At Waterside Court we encourage independent living, offering support and continued friendships and wellbeing. We pride ourselves on the dementia care we deliver proving that people really can live well with dementia.
We are a pivotal part of our local community hosting events and functions for all to enjoy. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you and your loved one. My door is always open; please come and join me for a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake whenever you’re passing.

Hi, my name is Suthida. I am the Home Services Advisor for Waterside Court.
I strive to provide a premium service for residents under our care and want to make sure that the residents and visitors have the best experience. My vision is to be able to have the best connection with our local communities which would allow our residents who live with dementia to be able to celebrate the fullness of life through our ‘life enrichment programme’.

Hi, I'm Tricia. I'm the Home Administrator at Waterside Court. I am a bubbly person and enjoy getting to know everyone, within in this role I hope to bring smiles to all the residents and make those who visit Waterside Court feel welcoming. I am approachable and hope that everyone feels at ease to approach me if they require assistance, I am more than happy to help anyway I can.

With over 19 years of experience in Healthcare Catering and 7 years of Management in Care Hospitality Services, my vision is to provide an outstanding hospitality services for our residents at Waterside Court, I hope that our residents and guests who visit will enjoy their time and enjoy our never ending supply of Homemade Cupcakes.
Natasha Bunyan
Hi, my name is Natasha, I am the Head of Housekeeping for Waterside Court. I have been working in a Health and Social care setting since 2015. I have previous experience working in a dementia nursing unit prior to joining Waterside Court, I have also completed my diploma level 2 in dementia care. When I first joined Waterside Court I was a General Assistant and have worked my way to Head of housekeeping I felt this was the path I found satisfying as my goal is to provide a premium service throughout our home allowing residents and guests to have the best experience under our care.
Pearl Whitfield
Pearl has wealth of knowledge and loves keeping fit and active. You will often see her on daily walks around the home grounds with her fellow Waterside Walking Group. She is always happy to stop and chat or invite you for a cup of tea. Pearl represents residents at monthly meetings and in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that they have a say in things, such as the menus and the types of activities on offer.

Hello, my name is Gifty and I'm an experienced senior carer who enjoys getting to know our residents and their families. I'm a calm-natured and cheerful person and I love to smile and make people smile in return. I love nothing more than caring for people it is such a pleasure. If you see me at Waterside please say hello!

Hi, my name is Ancy. I am a Senior Care Assistant, I began my journey in August 2022 as a Care Assistant in a sister home of Barchester. Working with elderly residents is immensely rewarding and I am supported in pursuing a career growth to enhance their quality of care and lifestyle. With my dedicated team, we consistently maintain high standards, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and quality of life.
Sue Worthy
Hello, my name is Sue and I'm one of the kitchen assistants here at Waterside Court. Having worked in catering from the age of 14-years old, I'm very passionate about providing the best of care at mealtimes, it's a pleasure to ensure our residents enjoy the whole experience. I love getting to know our residents particularly over supper when they have time to chat before relaxing for the evening.
Monty
Hi I'm Monty and, even though you can't see it, my tail is wagging very quickly to give you a proper doggy hello! I visit Waterside Court every single week and I love it. The people there are lovely and they pet me lots. I get lots of biscuits which is so yummy. Less fair is my owner Mike seems to get some biscuits too but that's ok as I have my own water bowl there and Mike doesn't!
I'm a registered Pet Therapy Dog and I like making people smile. People are my best friends and I love them. Can we be friends too?
