Types of care
The care we provide is delivered in a way that promotes independence for those who live in our home. Where possible, it is important that residents are encouraged to perform daily tasks independently or with minor support. Our services are devised with individualised treatment in mind for each person, so getting to know everyone and understanding their needs is imperative to delivering bespoke, person-centred care.Read more

My name is Roxana Moldovan and I am the General Manager here at Waterside Court. Welcome to our website!
I have worked in adult nursing in the UK since 2014. I am very passionate about delivering the best possible care for residents in my home. I always work with a positive and bubbly attitude and strive to get the best out of my team. I am very lucky to be supported by my partner and my son at home, and by my dedicated and lovely team at work.
I would like to bring the best out of Waterside Court and together, with my team, deliver excellent person-centred care with dignity and respect as the core values. I have a wealth of experience in nursing, working as a Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. I also hold a Diploma Level 5 in Management and Leadership, which I completed at Hereford and Ludlow College.Get in touch Meet my team
