Activities at Snowdrop Place Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Gingerbread House together
We had a lot of fun making our gingerbread house this morning & enjoyed a few sweeties which sparked great conversations about sweets from when we were small. We also think it looks good enough to eat!
Christmas Fayre a huge success
Our Christmas Fayre was such a success with Stalls and Festive food, Mulled wine and a visit from the Big Man himself. A great team effort with residents and staff all getting involved together.
Fingers crossed in the competition

Elf day at Snowdrop Place !
Residents and families enjoyed dressing up as Elves and partaking in our Bake Sale, fun and games to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's Society. Nearly £80 was raised and will go towards this amazing charity. Well done everyone!
Carols, lights and a fantastic evening
Fantastic evening was had by all when we were thrilled to be joined by the Deputy Mayor, Nicholas Couldrey with a countdown and switch on our beautiful Christmas lights. Children and teachers from Berrywood Primary School , residents and friends sang carols and warmed up on hot chocolate and minced pies. What a great start to our christmas festivities.
