Meet the Shelburne Lodge Care Home Team

Hello my name is Cristiana and I am the Deputy Manager here at Shelburne Lodge Care Home.

I have been a registered nurse for over 10 years and joined Barchester back 2016. I joined Shelburne lodge as the Deputy in 2023 and I am delighted to be part of the team at such a beautiful and friendly home.

I am grateful for the opportunity to get to know the residents at Shelburne Lodge and I use the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years to support residents and improve their wellbeing and lifestyle.

I love to put a smile on peoples faces and I've always had a passion for helping people and I strive to deliver outstanding holistic care to all residents. I look forward to meeting you and your family. 

Hello I am Doreen. 

I am a Registered General Nurse and I have been part of the Shelburne Lodge team since 2023. I love spending time with all the residents and joining in with all the various activities and events in the home.

I have been working at Shelburne Lodge since 2017. I am one of the Team Leaders with in the care support team. I am proud to be part of such a caring and dedicated team and I am very proud of the care and support we provide.

Hello, my name is Ivo and I am the Head of Maintenance.

I have worked at Shelburne Lodge since 2023, I am always happy to help everyone in the Home and always make sure that residents are safe and well looked after. Apart from my many handy skills, I have a great sense of humour as well and I am always making people smile.

Shelburne Lodge is privileged to have an excellent nursing and care team. Nurses and carers work alongside each other delivering exceptional care to everyone we support, ensuring they meet individual needs at all times. They help produce a warm and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.

Hello my name is Alex

I have been part of the team at Shelburne Lodge since 2014. I have experience as a RGN working with older people in both the NHS and a care home environment. 

I am really enjoying the role and am very proud to be part of a great team.

I am a Registered General Nurse. I have been a nurse at Shelburne Lodge for 2 years and I am a member of the night team. I thoroughly enjoy my role especially getting to know the residents and their loved ones. 

Hello, my name is Emily.

I am the home administrator and have worked at Shelburne Lodge since August 2018. I am passionate about my role and enjoy ensuring everything runs smoothly. I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know our residents and their loved ones.

Alex is a very talented chef who has worked in some high end restaurants throughout his career. He produces a nutritional and varied menu that residents and visitors enjoy. Alex also makes wonderful birthday cakes for residents on their special day.

I have been working at Shelburne Lodge for many years. I started as a Care Assistant and achieved several care service awards whilst in this role before joining the house keeping team. I am proud of the standard myself and my team have achieved in the home. As a team, we constantly ensure that all standards are practiced and the home is clean, safe and welcoming for all residents, staff and visitors. I have an NVQ and a Special Commendation Award in hospitality.
