Meet the Rothsay Grange Care Home Team

Our wonderful team comprises nurses, carers, activities coordinators, chefs, housekeepers and more. These people are here to ensure that residents enjoy their time at the home and are supported to live life to the fullest. Meet some of our staff below:

Sevinj Hashimova

General Manager

Hello, I’m Seva the General Manager here at Rothsay Grange and welcome to our website.

I hope that together with the rest of my team we can look forward to welcoming you into our home. Please take a look around our website and feel free to contact myself or a member of the team with any questions you might have.

With a background in nursing and over 20 years of experience working in elderly care, I am passionate about working with the team here at Rothsay to deliver high quality person-centred care for our residents.  The home has also recently been the subject of a major refurbishment programme and provides a stunning environment where our aim is to help all our residents to live their lives to the fullest.

Sarin Mananget

Deputy Manager

Hi, I'm Sarin and I am the Deputy Manager here at Rothsay Grange.

I am a trained Registered Nurse and have been working in the UK since 2012 with nearly all of that time spent in geriatric care.  I started off working in Surrey before moving to the Andover area 7 years ago. Like many I came to this area of care through experiences within my own extended family and I am delighted to be working with the team here at Rothsay.

Anne-Marie

Non-Clinical Lead

I’m Anne-Marie and I’ve been working at Rothsay Grange for over 10 years now. Over that time, I have received promotions and taken on responsibilities to the point where I am now Unit Manager - Memory Lane.

I absolutely love working with the residents, and truly care about each person I have (and do) care for. In my role, I oversee many aspects of the home including quality and staffing. I am also a trained Care Practitioner, meaning that I can work on the floor and give medication to residents when our nurses take some much needed holiday.

Sini

Unit Nurse Manager

My name is Sini and I am the Unit Nurse Manager of Top Floor. I love to spend my time with the residents and make sure that they are actively enjoying their time here at Rothsay. I am kind and caring, and pride myself on being a friendly, approachable person that the residents feel comfortable speaking to.

Jessy

Unit Nurse Manager

I have been working for Rothsay for a few years now, and I love this home! I am the Unit Nurse Manager of Ground Floor and I am the person you are most likely to speak to if your loved one lives on the ground floor with my team. I have been a trained nurse for many years and enjoy the consistency that working in a care home with long term residents brings.

Aimee

Administrator

I've worked at Rothsay Grange since 2011, starting as an Activities Coordinator before moving into an administration role in January 2018. I really enjoy the variety that this position brings daily and the challenges that it has. I also thoroughly enjoy meeting potential residents and their relatives, and showing them all that we have to offer here.

Irene & Leah

Activities Coordinators

Irene and Leah have been working together since 2019, and thoroughly enjoy planning and providing activities for our residents. They are a great team and always bring joy and fun to wherever they are in the home.

Leah has worked at Rothsay since she was 16, as an apprentice carer, and has worked her way into a position that she loves.

Irene has many years’ experience in working with vulnerable adults and children, and also started working here as a care assistant several years ago, before moving on to senior carer and then into the activities coordinator role.

Both love seeing the way that residents' lives are enriched with the activities they provide, and love interacting with all the residents in our care.

Debbie

Head Chef

I joined Rothsay Grange as the Second Chef before being promoted to Head Chef in 2018. I have many years’ experience running a kitchen, and have managed several pubs and restaurants throughout my life. I love to work with the older community, and being able to provide them with great food is a wonderful experience for me.

Chris Kington

Head of Maintenance

Hi, I'm Chris, and with my Maintenance Assistant Callum, I am responsible for keeping all the facilities of the home running smoothly and taking care of the upkeep both inside and out .  Before I joined the Rothsay team I was a volunteer at the home helping in the garden and outdoor areas.  A plumber by trade, I am also an experienced builder and gardener and I am enjoying being responsible for one site and ensuring that everything looks its best for our residents.
