Agda-Claudia Vasilateanu
Hello. My name is Agda, and I am the General Manager here at Ross Court. Welcome to our website.
I have been working within the healthcare sector for over seven years and I have degrees in nursing and pharmacy. My passion in life is care and I believe the way we care for our elders is truly a reflection of us as a society.
In my role as General Manager, I’m able to use my passion to help build a caring and dedicated team with a focus on providing unique care for each resident based around respect, dignity and choice. I am also committed to ensuring that our residents live a full and interesting life at Ross Court through our activities calendars and life-enrichment programme.
My door is always open to anyone who is starting their care journey or those who would like to discuss life at Ross Court, so please drop in for a chat at any time.
Louise Stephens
Hello I am Louise and I joined Ross Court in July 2020 as Home Administrator. I have several years of experience in administration, but this is the first time within a care home. I love working at Ross Court as I class myself as a people's person. I love being able to engage with the residents and their families. It brings a whole new dimension to my working day.
Carly
Hello, my name is Carly, and I’m proud to be the Activities Coordinator here at Ross Court. I’m passionate about bringing joy, stimulation, and a sense of community to our residents through a wide variety of engaging and meaningful activities.
With a background in the community, I love creating experiences that cater to everyone’s interests—whether that’s music, arts and crafts, games, exercise, themed events, or trips out. My goal is to make every day fulfilling and to ensure that all our residents feel valued, involved, and connected.
I’m always open to new ideas and love working closely with residents and their families to tailor activities that reflect personal hobbies and preferences. Seeing smiles, hearing laughter, and being part of so many special moments is what makes my role so rewarding.
Joanne Price
Hello I am Joanne, I joined Ross Court in March 2022 to be part of the housekeeping team. I have recently taken on the role of Head Housekeeper. I am enjoying being part of a great team and love chatting to the residents.
Brenda Goulding
Hello, I am Brenda, and I’ve been working at Ross Court for 25 years, initially starting here as the Catering Manager and then moving over to the care team.
I’m a chatterbox and enjoy learning all about our residents. It is so interesting to hear all about their lives and work with the team to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care.
Christine Jenkins
Hello I am Christine and I work in the housekeeping team mainly working in the laundry. I really enjoy chatting to the residents as I deliver their clean clothes. Ross Court is very homely and welcoming.
