The dedicated and experienced team are passionate about providing quality care to each individual living at the home.
Hi, my name is Julie, and I am the General Manager here at Ross Court. Welcome to our website!
I have been in the care sector for over 20 years, and I have worked for Barchester since 2018. I started off as a Senior Carer and have progressed to a manager in 3 years.
I am very passionate about my Job and like nothing more than spending time with the residents and getting to know them on a one-one basis. I believe in treating everyone as an individual and providing 5 star care. I also believe that family members have to be treated with the same respect, care and empathy as their relative I am looking after.
I work with a great team and we support each other and our residents.Get in touch Meet my team
