Nicola Thomas

General Manager

Hi, my name is Nicola Thomas and I am the General Manager here at Ross Court Care home. Welcome to our website!

I have worked for Barchester since 2009 across a number of different homes. I have previously been working at Bryn Ivor Lodge in Cardiff prior to joining the team at Ross court as Acting General Manager.

I am passionate about my job and I am an advocate for promoting person-centered care for all the individuals we support. I offer support and guidance to the whole team at Ross Court Care Home, with the aim of providing a happy, welcoming workplace.

I am responsible for ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained and delivered to all residents whilst respecting privacy, dignity and, above all else, choice while making their home as comfortable as we can.

We look forward to welcoming you to Ross Court.
