"Hi, Just wanted to say a big thanks to the two carers who helped with mum today they were superb. It was Smile and sorry I can't remember the other name. Mum got quite upset being moved from the bed to the chair ( she has alzheimer's and they were so nice comforting her and reassuring her during the move and also once in the chair. It's so nice to see this as I find it upsetting when mum gets like this but knowing they take such great care of her and show genuine compassion is extremely comforting to us knowing she is cared for so well when we are not there. This makes it all much easier for us to deal with know you guys are so caring ! Please pass on our thanks for them doing such a nice job, we are very grateful !"

"We were so fortunate that our mother spent the last 3 years in the care of the Barchester Beaumont. She was in such capable and caring hands from the nursing care she received to the catering and cleaning staff who all carry out their work with a smile. If we couldn't visit we were reassured that she would have had a few friendly chats with a member or two of the team during her day. A couple of staff members were with her when she died which we are immensely grateful for and take great comfort from. Although Mum liked to keep herself to herself there were many social activities she could have joined in with. She preferred to have the use of one of the smaller lounges for a game if Scrabble with the family."

I provide musical entertainment at Reigate Beaumont and I must say that the activities team and staff here are excellent. They have such a great connection with the residents and their high level of care and attention for the residents really shows and it's wonderful to see.

As a regular visitor to the home, I'm always impressed, both by the home itself, which is lovely, and the staff, who provide a friendly, homely atmosphere, as well as the care with which they attend to their residents.

"Our widowed father initially tested living at the Reigate Beaumont by staying for a 2-week respite break in Feb 22, aged 92. Together, we wanted to research whether he should move in permanently, or stay in his own house with carers coming to him. He extended these respite breaks 3 times, then he decided to become a permanent resident in April 22. What persuaded him was the caring & attentive attitude of all the staff, the excellent food & dining rooms, the great indoor/outdoor activities including musicians & singers that he loved, and the huge, beautiful park-like garden maintained to an excellent standard. Being out in the garden gave him great joy, as did the spectacular cakes on his birthdays. Our deepest gratitude goes to all the staff who cared for Dad until he died in Dec 25, aged 96. Each moment that you dedicated to him, we know was spent lovingly, thoughtfully & with humour. You all exemplified the values & decency that he held dear. Thank you for every day and forever more."

Highly recommend Reigate Beaumont. Great management and really wonderful caring, compassionate and happy staff. They looked after my late mother so well in her last few years. The home is in a beautiful setting and has such a friendly atmosphere. 5 stars.

"Reigate Beaumont is an absolutely wonderful care home. We couldn't have wanted more for our mother. The rooms were of the highest standard with lovely views. It's beautiful inside and out and the staff are so kind and caring. We knew our mother was always being so well cared for. Our expectations were totally exceeded. We are very grateful to all the staff for the extremely high level of care they consistently provide residents. Thank you x"

"The Beaumont is a beautiful home. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is lovely too so all in all a perfect place for the people lucky enough to be staying here. Also when mum first came in I used to walk her outside in her wheelchair. The grounds are beautiful and she really enjoyed it. I will recommend it to everyone looking for a care home. Reigate Beaumont is a warm and welcoming home where residents are treated with genuine care and respect. The staff are kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. The home itself is well kept and has a lovely, homely atmosphere.

The manager, Pramojil, sets a great example with her calm and professional leadership. It’s clear that she takes real pride in the home, and this comes through in the high standards of care and the way the team work together.

Reigate Beaumont Care Home is simply outstanding! From the stunning, peaceful setting, the incredibly comfortable rooms, lounges and dining areas are beautiful. The food is fresh, well balanced with many options and flexibility to suit my mums needs. Above all of this are the staff. They have exceeded all of my expectations, from the initial tour, to welcoming my mum and helping her settle so quickly, nothing is too much trouble, they are all attentive, kind and caring.

"My mother has been a resident here for just over 7 years and is very happy. The staff are always smiling and engaging with residents and their families and nothing is too much trouble for them. Unfortunately my mother is wheelchair/bed bound and is unable to speak but recently someone visited her for the first time (in a professional capacity) and expressed to me how wonderful it was to see the carers interacting and laughing with mum. The home has a wide range of activities catering for all needs, the musical visits are a huge hit. The food is amazing which mum always enjoys. I am so grateful to all the staff for the loving care and assistance they give mum and I highly recommend this home."
