Staff are absolutely amazing. The home is wonderful.
My dad struggled with alot of meals & the staff/chefs always provided him a decent option aswell as working around his appetite. They all were very aware of everyone's needs.
I definitely recommend it!

My Aunt is a resident here and I often visit her. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. My Aunt has a great time. There’s always activities going on. The food menu of the day always looks great. The gardens are amazing and the views from the rooms are beautiful. I Would definitely recommend this care home for anyone looking for a relative.

Reigate Beaumont is certainly a home from home! Beautiful home with huge gardens. I can safely say it have a team like no other! The food and décor are perfect for the setting, alongside its activities. Reigate celebrate life achievements of their residents so well!

A lovely care home with lovely caring staff.
I always feel welcome when I arrive, and everyone there is always offering to help if they can.
There is always something on activity wise for the clients to enjoy if they desire to.
Beaumont care home is a warm and inviting place, and the manager and staff there make that so.
Highly recommended.

My mother needed to stay at Beaumont care home Reigate due to ill health and being bed bound. The service was 5 star ⭐ treatment all the way . Impeccably clean . Staff very caring welcoming and always on hand . Mae and housekeeping staff Excellent . My mum is gluten free intolerant. Fortunately the head chef Roman, his deputy, and team were so good and understanding providing top quality food . Mum is back home now . Certainly misses the food and extra attention . High recommended.

"My mum is a new resident in the care home, she was a little confused in the first week of her stay because it was all new for her. Now it's her 3rd week and she has settled very well. The carers who looks after mum are super friendly and professional. They all treat mum with respect and kindness. At the start mum was hesitant to join the activities but with the carers and staff encouragement she is now happy to join in. I feel comfortable when I leave mum after visiting her knowing that she will be secure and well looked after. A big thank you to all from the manager, nurses, carers and all staff."

"If you are looking for a home from home for your loved one, I cannot praise the staff enough for their amazing empathetic kindness to my mother and stepfather whilst being here. Beautiful surroundings, modern and up to date home, comfortable, light and airy rooms, friendly faces, always someone to talk to if you have any queries. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent all round and would 100% recommend. Activities are available in a beautiful lounge, lovely dining facilities. Dignity and respect were given at all times."

"We chose Beaumont Nursing Home for Nan after she had a fall and was unable to return to her residential care home. It was a difficult time for her and for all our family, from the start, the Manager and all the staff at Beaumont really did their best to make the transition as smooth as possible for Nan. They tried hard to take on board all her personal requests/needs. The rooms at Beaumont were lovely and always very clean and tidy. When she was able, Nan joined in some lovely activities with the wonderful activities coordinators and she really enjoyed them. They also do some lovely summer events and the summer dog show was enjoyed by all the family (and dogs!). The grounds at Beaumont are stunning and the food also always looked amazing. Sadly Nan passed away recently (at 101.5!) but the staff were gracious and caring until the end. I will look back on Nan's last chapter knowing that she really was in the best place possible. Thank you to all at Beaumont!"

"I cannot recommend the Beaumont highly enough. My mother received truly excellent care, and I always felt she was being well looked after at all times. I was so grateful to individual carers and managers who went out of their way to make her happy and comfortable. The food was second to none. The reception staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient, and nothing was ever too much trouble. In these COVID times, visiting was always made as safe and easy as possible in the outside area."

"Extremely kind and helpful staff. This has been a very difficult time with restrictions for visiting but I have been less worried because of the amazing care my dad has received. Dad has two key workers who he has got to know well which makes a big difference to him."

"My brother has been at Reigate Beaumont for about 3 years. In that time, we have found the staff very caring and efficient, especially in the last year when times have been very difficult for all. The reception desk has operated as usual and is always very helpful in answering any queries or requests. I feel unhappy that the residents have been confined to their rooms for such a long time, which has hampered any exercise and been quite depressing for them. I do understand that this may have been necessary, and the ruling came from Barchester, but nevertheless, I did notice that my brother was quite withdrawn when we were eventually allowed to visit him. I do give much praise for the organising of firstly, the marquee, and then the pod which is beautifully kitted out and lovely and warm! Half an hour goes just too quickly! My brother says that he enjoys the food and the catering staff did their bit during the summer, making the most of having special teas out in the garden."

"I was extremely impressed at how the staff are managing and looking after everybody during the pandemic. Staff are always friendly, the visiting pod is very clean and all staff wear PPE to protect the residents. It is a very difficult time for everybody but the staff are so reassuring and kind to the residents and do their utmost to ensure they have comfort and contact as much as possible. Thank you all for everything you are doing."

"We have been delighted with our choice of Barchester Reigate Beaumont Care Home. Dad was discharged from hospital in the midst of the Covid pandemic, which added complexity to what is already a stressful time. The whole team at Reigate Beaumont have been fantastic, from the initial administration to the care itself, medical support and the activities provided. Communication with us, as a family, has been exceptional. It is evident that staff want to provide the best experience for residents."
