I was proud to be recognised as the General Manager of the Year for Barchester's South Division and, as a home, we are currently rated 'Good' by CQC, however we are working towards achieving CQC 'Outstanding', something I know we will accomplish.
I lead by example. and staff at Reigate have been awarded for Team of the Year for the South Division. I am proud to work at Reigate Beaumont. We are known within the community for our excellence in care and outstanding grounds
Please feel free to pop in for a visit; we would be more than happy to show you our beautiful home.
My role involves supporting the General Manager by managing all the financial aspects within the home, HR, preparing contracts and general admin for the home. No two days are ever the same! It’s a very busy role, but one that I thoroughly enjoy.
My main responsibility is to provide a varied and engaging activities schedule every day for our residents to keep them involved in social and uplifting activities. We also love to celebrate national days, birthdays and special occasions with big events.
My name is Della Roser and I joined Reigate Beaumont in May 2018. This is my first introduction to the Care Home environment and am thoroughly enjoying my new post as Admin Assistant/Receptionist. My background is that of a commercial nature including admin/secretarial positions in an Accountants Practice, the National Health Service and Property Development. I also spent 3 years carrying out garden maintenance as a break from office routine, some 10 years ago now. I have a husband and two grown-up children and a Springer Spaniel called Ruby.
I have been part of the team at Reigate Beaumont since 2005. As Head Chef, my role is to produce a fresh, nutritious and well-balanced menu suited to the needs of each resident. I ensure that the team and I maintain the highest standards and provide a first class dining experience. I enjoy chatting to residents and their visitors and ensuring that they enjoy the food I have prepared. I am particularly proud to be the winner of the 2016 Barchester Chef of the Year Award in the South East Division. Outside of work, I am a keen cyclist and also enjoy going to the cinema and cooking, of course.

I have been a part of the team at Reigate since 2014. I'm the Head Housekeeper, and my role involves ensuring the home stays clean and tidy for residents and staff.
I enjoy my job because it enables me to work within a great team, and friendly environment and it allows me to get to know how the residents like their rooms to be looked after.
As part of my day-to-day role, I always make sure I make time for a chat with the residents.
