Meet the Reigate Beaumont Care Home team
Our wonderful team comprises nurses, carers, activities coordinators, chefs, housekeepers and more. These people are here to ensure that residents enjoy their time at the home and are supported to live life to the fullest. Meet some of our staff below:
Hi, my name is Pramojil and I am the General Manager here at Reigate Beaumont.
I qualified as a nurse in 1999 and have worked in hospitals, nursing homes and in the community. Over the course of my career I have achieved many qualifications, including NVQ4, Registered Manager's Award and QCF Assessor Award and completed Post Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership through the Barchester Business School.
As the General Manager, I am responsible for running the home and achieving highest standards of care for each and every resident. I enjoy spending time getting to know all the residents and their families as well as the community and health professionals local to the home. As an NVQ assessor I spend time teaching and supervising staff members. I take great pride in ensuring members of staff are continually supported to develop their skills and build on the excellence in care that Reigate is known for.
I am a wife and a mum of two children. I love being with my family. I am a registered member of the National Trust. I enjoy visiting the places of interest together with the family.
Hi, my name is Mae and I am Deputy Clinical Manager here at Reigate Beaumont.
Hi, my name is Kelly and I am an administrator here at Reigate Beaumont.
My name is Della Roser and I joined Reigate Beaumont in May 2018. This is my first introduction to the Care Home environment and am thoroughly enjoying my new post as Admin Assistant/Receptionist. My background is that of a commercial nature including admin/secretarial positions in an Accountants Practice, the National Health Service and Property Development. I also spent 3 years carrying out garden maintenance as a break from office routine, some 10 years ago now. I have a husband and two grown-up children and a Springer Spaniel called Ruby.
I have been part of the team at Reigate Beaumont since 2005. As Head Chef, my role is to produce a fresh, nutritious and well-balanced menu suited to the needs of each resident. I ensure that the team and I maintain the highest standards and provide a first class dining experience. I enjoy chatting to residents and their visitors and ensuring that they enjoy the food I have prepared. I am particularly proud to be the winner of the 2016 Barchester Chef of the Year Award in the South East Division. Outside of work, I am a keen cyclist and also enjoy going to the cinema and cooking, of course.
I joined the team at Reigate Beaumont in June 2018. I am responsible for the maintenance of our beautiful building and ensuring that everything is kept in good working order.
I love my role, as every day is different! One minute l am plumber, then next I am an electrician, then a painter & decorator.
I am dedicated to offering residents a range of games and activities throughout the day, for those who wish to take part as well as those who may need a little encouragement. I also take the residents out on regular trips on our minibus. I love people, so working with residents gives me great joy and is lots of fun - it is the most rewarding job I have ever had.
The nursing team are responsible for providing and supervising the delivery of high quality nursing care to residents and maintaining professional and clinical standards.
This is just some of the fantastic team who deliver care that the residents want at Reigate Beaumont. We have many staff that have worked here for a number of years and know that it is a wonderful place to work.
This is Reigate Beaumont's catering team!
I have been a part of the team at Reigate since 2014. I'm the Head Housekeeper, and my role involves ensuring the home stays clean and tidy for residents and staff.
I enjoy my job because it enables me to work within a great team, and friendly environment and it allows me to get to know how the residents like their rooms to be looked after.
As part of my day-to-day role, I always make sure I make time for a chat with the residents.
Here are some of our housekeeping team, who work hard to keep our lovely home looking spotless.
