Meet the Park View Care Home Team

Hi My name is Gladys Kimaita and I am a senior general nurse at Parkview care home since 02/07/2018, I enjoy  being a nurse and love to help all of our resident.

My name is Penny and I started at Park View as a Care Assistant in 2012, then went on to work on the activities team in 2016, until I found my place in administration when I was given the opportunity to help the admin office in 2017. I was promoted to Finance Administrator in November 2017 and have loved every minute of the role.

Hi, my name is Jason I am the Maintenance Manager here at Park View. I am responsible for ensuring that the home is kept in the best possible condition. I have worked at Park View since 2007 and I am always on hand should residents need any odd jobs completed. I enjoy my role at the home and I am committed to ensuring that residents live in a happy and well-maintained home.

Hi I am Marinela I started Park view in March 2016 as a care assistant, I than got my NVQ level 2 and 3 and went to senior carer, than in 2021 I than worked my way to admin assistant and I love welcoming everyone to our home.

Hi my name is Edita Trilupaitiene and I am a care assistant at Parkview since 2021. I love being a carer and take pride in looking after all our residents, I enjoy putting a smile on there faces.

Hi I’m Neringa Sliuzeviciute I am the hostess at Parkview.

I love decorating the tables for the residents and especially enjoy doing themes like Christmas and puddiing club.

Hi I’m Georgia Grimwood and I am the cook at Parkview, I joined Park view in 2004 when it was Westminster and stayed on when Barchester took over, its been my passion to cook and over the years I have become the pastry chef, I especially enjoy making all the cakes for Pudding club and fresh cakes daily.

Hello my name is Sandra Ruddock and I am a registered nurse since 1996 and joined Parkview in 2016, its always been my passion to care for people, before coming to Parkview I was a midwife and then I decided to come to a care home, I was working nights than I was given the opportunity to become unit manager on days which I really enjoy, seeing the residents happy makes me happy.

I started at Park View in January 2016 as a Care Assistant, then I was given the chance to work with the admin team in November 2017, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it since then.

My name is Rajesh. Since February 2024, I have been working at Park View care home as head chef.

I have got 15 years of experience as a chef as well as head chef with both care home and the NHS. 
As head chef, my vision is to provide the best quality food for each resident at Park View as it is their home, not just my workplace. 

Management at Park View are very supportive and help you to maintain a work-life balance. All the staff, including the kitchen staff at Park View support each other and make a great team! I am happy to be a part of this fantastic team at Park View.

Elizabeth is the Head Housekeeper at Park View and joined the team in 2009. Elizabeth has made Park View really feel like home and has an awareness of the unique differences in the environment for the residnets who live in the home. She manages the laundry and Domestic team within the home. We are very pround that Elizabeth won the regional finals of the Great British Care Awards in 2012 and is a finalist in the national Great British Care Awards for 2013.

Hi my name is Demi Albert and I started Parkview in 2018 as a care assistant, I than went on to do my NQV level 3 and was promoted to senior carer, I was previously in care for 10 years and I enjoy seeing the residents happy and making them smile.

Hello my name is Renata Kucinskiene and I am a care assistant at Parkview care home since 2016 I love my job and Barchester, I love to do meditation and enjoy doing this with our residents.

Hi my names Jordan Higginson and I am the second chef at Park view, I stated park view in 2006 as a kitchen assistant than did my NVQ and become second chef in 2019.
