North Park is a modern, purpose-built home with scenic park views and safe, secluded gardens. In a quiet setting it nonetheless has access to plenty of local amenities, not far from Darlington and the A1. It offers care and support to frail older people, people living with disabilities or sensory loss and people living with dementia.

North Park is dedicated to ensuring dignity, independence and choice for the people it supports irrespective of physical or mental health. We want to offer people the best possible quality of life in terms of medical support, physical surrounding, meaningful activities and hospitality, too.

People living with dementia are supported in our dedicated Memory Lane Community, which has been specially adapted to their needs by the use of careful design and use of colours. It includes reminiscence aids, memory boxes and a life skills kitchen to help people fill their days. We base our care on careful assessment and regular review of our approach involving the individual and their family.

We would love to show you what we have to offer – we welcome visitors and calls.
