Hello, my name is Vimu, and I am the Acting General Manager at Melbourn Springs Care Home. I hope you find everything you are looking for.
I’m from Sri Lanka and I began my journey with Barchester in 2020 while I was completing my MSc in Management at the University of South Wales. Since joining, I have worked my way up to Deputy Manager, and in January 2025, I was proud to be offered and to accept the position of Acting General Manager at Melbourn Springs Care Home.
I am dedicated to supporting older people and those living with dementia, with a focus on delivering the highest standard of care in other words I believe that even the smallest actions can make a meaningful difference to our residents’ quality of life.
