Our wonderful team comprises nurses, carers, activities coordinators, chefs, housekeepers and more. These people are here to ensure that residents enjoy their time at the home and are supported to live life to the fullest. Meet some of our staff below:
Lenie Reyes Terrado
Hello. My name is Lenie and I am the General Manager here at Magnolia Court. Welcome to our home!
I joined Barchester Healthcare as General Manager at Magnolia Court, with twenty-six years’ experience in the Care industry, with vast experience in a care setting, having worked in a Jewish Care Nursing home from 1996 until 2017, where I adopted the Jewish culture enabling me to cater for residents’ needs.
From 2017, then went to work as an Administrator for a privately owned Company specialising in nursing care for elderly frail residents, some of whom were living with dementia and went on to complete my NQCF Level 5 Diploma in ‘Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care’ where I then progressed to become the Registered Manager and continue to develop my experience, knowledge and skills.
I feel privileged for the opportunity to lead my team who are hard-working and dedicated to caring for our residents and their relatives at Magnolia Court and who have all made me felt so welcome. We all work hard to ensure that every single resident receives person-centred care and stimulation in our beautiful home where life enrichment is designed to ensure our residents continue to live their lives to the full.
Magnolia Court has a warmth and virtuous atmosphere where our hospitality provides a premium dining experience for residents and their love ones, a private dining room for family celebrations, as well a beautiful, secure garden.

Deputy Manager
I have been working at Magnolia Court for just over 10 years. I started as an Adult Registered Nurse which led to an opportunity to be a Unit Lead for our Memory Lane dementia community.
I started my Deputy Manager role in September 2023 which allows me to apply my nursing and management experience, caring for our residents and staff in all departments, giving me satisfaction with the support I am able to provide.
I also enjoy giving my input in ways of leading the home toward providing an excellent service, enriching the lives of those who live here and those who work here too.
Aside from work, I play the guitar, support Tottenham Hotspur Football Team and enjoy walking my pug whose name is 'Pon', every day, which is a great comfort to me.
Jurgita Jankauskaite
My name is Jurgita and I am a nurse and Unit lead at Magnolia Court. I have been here since 2014 and enjoy my work a great deal. I always try my best as a nurse and I strive to maintain a good relationship with residents, loved ones and colleagues.
Jocelyn Ferrer
My name is Jocelyn and I am a Unit Lead here at Magnolia. Before I joined the home, I worked as a nurse and Unit Lead in another Barchester home, where I was awarded Employee of the Month for leading an enhanced dementia care pilot.
I am originally from the Philippines and worked as a qualified nurse in Saudi Arabia for 8 years before coming to UK in 2006.
Flor Cocoy
Hello my name is Flor and I am a Senior Registered General Nurse and Nutrition Champion at Magnolia Court. I started Barchester in 2012 as a student as part of the overseas nurses programme. I enjoy my role very much especially getting to know residents and their loved ones. I had a very close relationship with my grandmother and loved spending time with her. I am very happy as I now have an extended family with all my Magnolia Court grandparents.
Preeti Thapa
Yamina Klock–Mouffok
I have been working as an Activities Coordinator in care homes since 2002, starting my career at Four Seasons, then joining Barchester in 2014. I was awarded a Great British Care Award in 2013 and was a finalist at the National Care Awards in the same year, as well as being a finalist in the 2014 Great British Care Awards. I have a natural love for the elderly and enjoy every single day in their company.
Tammie Comey
I joined Barchester in December 2019 as an Activities assistant and in February 2022 I became the Activities Lead at Magnolia Court Care Home. I am passionate about my role at Magnolia Court, I am a people person and nothing makes me happier than putting a smile on our Residents faces. It is a joy to work with such a great team, I am very happy to be a part of team Magnolia and look forward to meeting you soon!
Asica Nedelcu
I joined Magnolia Court in November 2022 as a Head Chef. With a vast experience of over 25 years, I enjoy getting to know our residents and cooking delicious meals for our them all.
Leon Young
My name is Leon, and I am the Head of Maintenance here at Magnolia Court. I have worked for Barchester since June 2022 and enjoy helping people a great deal. I love being a part of the Magnolia Court family.
Diana Harry
I joined Barchester in March 2020 where I enjoy getting to know our residents and I take great pride in keeping our lovely home sparkling clean!
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and looking after my pet hamster ‘Bob’ and my tropical fish.
Benidon (Ben) Bekaj
Hi, I came to Barchester on work experience during the summer of 2019 and have since worked in front of house and administration in two of our Sister homes as well as Magnolia Court. Eventually, I'd like to be a Regional Administration and Finance Manager!
Diana Do
Hello, I'm Diana and I joined Barchester in May 2021.
I'm passionate about my role and really enjoy getting to know all of our residents and their loved ones.

Dionel Tualla & Erlinda Ebreo
Dionel and Erlinda are our Senior Care Assistants. Erlina has been working for us for over 20 years and Dionel since 2015. They both love to support residents and strive to give them the highest quality of care possible.
