Meet the Magnolia Court Care Home Team

Hello and welcome to Magnolia Court Nursing Home. My name is Wayne Hughes and I have been working in the care industry for over 30 years. I started working in the industry whilst at University and developed a genuine passion for making a difference to the lives of people that needed our support. Over the years I have worked in a number of roles and I have had the absolute pleasure of working for Barchester Healthcare for the last 10 years. Working with the very best in the sector has given me the tools to ensure that I can continue my passion in making a difference and ensuring that our residents are treated with respect and dignity. Promoting and understanding the person centred care needs of every resident in Magnolia Court is second to none to ensure that are residents live happy and healthy lives and I will work with the team to ensure this is in place.
