Hello, my name is Rhiannon, and I am the General Manager here at Juniper House. Welcome to our website!
I am very proud to have joined the team here at Juniper House in November 2019, having previously worked for Barchester. I am thrilled to be back working for a company that really does put the residents first in everything they do.
As the General Manager, my aim is to maintain the high standard of care within the home. I have a wealth of experience to bring to the role and I will strive to continually improve the services here at Juniper House, making it a true home away from home, placing residents at the heart of everything we do and meeting individual needs with the passion and commitment that they deserve.
Karen qualified as a nurse at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff in 1985. She has experience in general surgical and general medical nursing, including some time working at the Marie Curie Hospice in Cardiff.
In 2012, she moved to Great Yarmouth, where she first worked in a care home. She moved to Brackley and joined Juniper House in 2019, soon becoming Manager of our Sandringham and Buckingham units.
Karen loves nursing and loves caring for people, putting residents' needs first so that they are happy, and their families are then happy too. She likes how the Juniper House management team all work well together.
Karen puts in 100% all of the time and expects the same from members of her team to ensure excellence in the care and nursing provided at Juniper House.
My name is Tracey, and I am part of the Receptionist team at Juniper House.
I joined the team at Juniper House in August 2020. I am an experienced Administrator who has previously worked within primary care, mostly in GP medical centres.
When I’m not working you will find me spending time at home with my partner and two rescued bunny rabbits Daisy & Pudge.
I’ve been working at Juniper House since April 2020, which is when I relocated to Brackley. I am really enjoying getting to know both our residents and my fellow staff members.
I am really pleased to be working as part of a supportive team, meeting the varied challenges and opportunities that every new working day brings.
I love living in Brackley, and I am really looking forward to getting to know the area.
Colin is responsible for all the maintenance and upkeep of the home.
Mandy’s role is to lead the team of housekeepers and to ensure that they all maintain the high standards within the home on a daily basis, in a friendly, considerate manner.
