"My sister moved into Harton Grange in August 2025 and she has received exceptional care and attention. All of the staff are very helpful and attentive and we know she is in a caring and safe environment."

"Although this review relates primarily to my mam's 90th birthday celebrations, it is important to mention that in the weeks leading up to this day my mam's sleeping and eating routines were totally out of sync. So much so that when family visited there was very little quality time as she just wanted to sleep. It was only through the patience and perseverance of the carers that on the day of her birthday she was up and raring to go, her routines back to normal. They arranged balloons, barriers, cake and candles to mark her 90th birthday. She was thrilled. The family, with the help of the Care Home, arranged for a singer to come and entertain us all, including other residents. We all, especially mam, had a fantastic time. I can't thank the care home enough for making my mam's birthday a very special day. One that we will all treasure. I find all the care home staff very helpful with any concerns I have. Even when some of my concerns are due to my unwillingness to accept what the Dementia is doing to my mam, they are so understanding and willing to listen which I very much appreciate."

"This is an excellent home in all respects. Mam is extremely well cared for and all her needs are met. The staff, without exception, are professional, empathetic and very proactive. I am kept very well informed about her care at all stages. I have every confidence in the staff which puts my mind at rest and, more importantly, mam is very happy here. I have looked at Care homes in the area for my father and this Carehome is by far the best. The care home is beautifully furnished and everywhere is spotless.
The staff are amazing and work very hard and are very friendly and approachable.They know what my father likes and dislikes.
The manager Judith, is so lovely and Deputy Manager Bev to.Anything i want help with they have been on hand to help me.
They have regular entertainment,and plenty of things to do for the Carehome residents.Matthew the Activities Coordinator works very hard for the residents,he is so lovely with the residents knowing what they all like as an individuals and knowing everyone personally.
A big thanks to the Cooks,Cleaners ,Laundry staff who all do an incredible job.A special thank you to Claire who has helped with paperwork and given me lots of good advice.
All residents are treat with the upmost respect,im so happy i have chosen Harton Grange for my Father.

Truly outstanding care home - the team are lovely, very friendly and have a great relationship with everyone! The home itself is immaculate and is very well maintained. They have regular events on which is amazing for everyone living there. I would honestly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic care home.

"The staff at Harton Grange do an amazing job providing a safe, caring and comfortable environment for their residents. Families are made to feel very welcome and are kept well informed. Meals are well prepared and varied. There is a pleasant garden for residents and their families to socialise or relax in. Daily activities are provided and outings are tailored to individuals preferences. "Absolutely fantastic experience since my great-nana came in. She is cared for well and it's clear how happy and comfortable she is. She is always telling us when she's had her hair done or sausages for breakfast. It's great to see her so content and doing so well at 101 and that's down to the staff here looking after her 24/7. Also to add, the the staff provide so much support to my nana and auntie, making sure they know exactly what is going on and take care of every detail. Seriously a 10/10 for them all."

Harton Grange is a Home away from Home for the aged. The staffs are superbly organised and they offer the highest level of care you could ever seek.
