Harton Grange Care Home
Harton Grange Care Home in South Shields
Set in its own grounds, Harton Grange is a purpose-built residential care home in South Shields offering personal care to frail older people and dementia care for those living the condition, who are supported in a dedicated Memory Lane Community. The home is an integral part of the local community of South Shields.
The home offers a wide variety of activities including group and one-to-one activities. These are linked to care plans drawn up with the individual concerned or their families and friends.
The best way to find out about a home is to come along and see it for yourself. We welcome all visitors and callers.

Types of care
The care we provide is delivered in a way that promotes independence for those who live in our home. Where possible, it is important that residents are encouraged to perform daily tasks independently or with minor support. Our services are devised with individualised treatment in mind for each person, so getting to know everyone and understanding their needs is imperative to delivering bespoke, person-centred care.
