Hi, my name is Mark and I am the General Manager here at Epsom Beaumont. Welcome to the website!
I have worked in the healthcare sector since 2015, in both public and independent services. As an experienced General Manager, I am extremely passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care to residents and ensuring the highest standards of support. Residents should have the opportunity to live their lives to the fullest. I thoroughly enjoy working with residents, their loved ones and the staff team here at Epsom Beaumont.
I am excited to leverage my current skills on a wider basis here at Barchester. This company has a good reputation for delivering high quality care and I love working with my team to achieve the Barchester goals.

I have been a qualified nurse for over 20 years. I have worked in the UK for many years as a nurse and as the Deputy Manager for large nursing homes. I enjoy working in the care sector and being hands-on, where I can both nurture my team and deliver great outcomes for those we support

Hi, my name is Heather and I am the Administrator here at Epsom Beaumont.
Nikki is our Activities Coordinator here at Epsom Beaumont. She is responsible for organising and delivering social activities in the home, which can range from baking cupcakes to running crossword competitions.
Nikki enjoys creating activities programmes that are both mentally physically stimulating for residents. She encourages residents to have an active social life by arranging book clubs, arranging minibus trips and other fun activities. She also takes time to understand residents' needs, likes and dislikes.
I have been working at Epsom Beaumont since 2004. I enjoy that every day is different. My work is to ensure all potential new enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and I am able to assist families on a daily basis to find suitable care.
Gulcin is head chef at Epsom Beaumont in Surrey Downs. As a care home chef she regularly turns out meals for 55 residents, creating award winning menus that nourish and delight. She is passionate about raising the profile of catering in care and ensuring that the quality and creativity of this area of food provision is not overlooked.
Her skill at producing fantastic meals from her kitchen was rewarded when she was named Chef of the Year by the home she was working before.
Gulcin is always available to chat with any families or residents about her work and to answer your questions on the often-challenging nature of feeding those in care settings.
I have been working here now since 2015; I enjoy coming to work and taking on the new responsibilities. My colleagues are supportive and we work together to provide the best service we can for residents.
There is room to grow in the business, which I love, having been promoted in 2019 myself. I feel the home really has a family feel between staff, residents and loved ones. It’s a lovely place to come to every day.

My name is Paul Del Rio, I have been working at Epsom Beaumont for over a year. I am the Head of Maintenance, my job is challenging but I thrive on it. It’s a joy keeping our home safe and compliant at all times. I enjoy working both with the team and the residents.
