I have over seventeen years of management experience in various sectors, including Welfare-to-work, HR, consultancy and health and social care – all within both the private and public sectors, in addition to not-for-profit organisations.
I strive to support, coach and mentor my team and aid them in the delivery of exceptional, individualised care and support packages, with the aim of exceeding expectations of residents and their loved ones.
The happiness and well-being of residents is my absolute top priority and I am privileged to lead a team of exceptionally caring people who make this happen daily. Residents are like extended family to me and my team, and I enjoy getting to know each one individually, often by listening to their incredible life stories or sharing some of their memories, ensuring that the small details are right and providing high quality care for everyone we support.
Additionally, I have a wealth of knowledge on standard improvements, compliance, finance, HR, business development, performance management, clinical audit and governance frameworks. I have led many projects addressing customer satisfaction and developed action plans for continuous improvement and compliance in various services.
As a manager, I believe that it is important to be open to new ideas, so regular meetings and get-together events are planned throughout the year, where I will gladly listen to comments and suggestions for continuous improvement.
