The dedicated and experienced team are passionate about providing quality care to each individual living at the home.
Hello my name is Jayne and I am the Deputy Manager acting as General Manager here at Elm Bank. Welcome to our website!
I started my career in care at the age of 25 starting as a Carer and progressed to Senior Carer, Head of Care and then as Deputy Manager. I first worked at Elm Bank in 2013 and left in 2015 to pursue another opportunity but returned back to Elm Bank in 2017 as I really missed the wonderful environment, my colleagues and of course our lovely residents.
I really enjoy working on the units supporting our residents to live a fulfilled life and also supporting our care staff who do a fantastic job. Working with residents living with Dementia is my passion and I really enjoying making a difference to their day and seeing happy faces brings a smile to my face.Get in touch Meet my team
