Corina Popescu
General Manager
Hi. My name is Corina, and I am the Operations Manager at Derham House. My team and I take great pride in providing wonderful care to all our residents. I am a qualified General Nurse. I also have a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Health and Social Care, which has given me the knowledge and direction to be effective in my job role.
As the Operations Manager, I lead the team to provide care in a holistic approach to our residents. We involve families in all our decision-making and are always looking for ways to improve. The most important part of my job is to provide meaning to people’s lives, understand and to nurture.
I take pride in championing others to be the best they can be in their job role. Working in partnership with residents, families and professionals is my core value. A whole team approach to individual care is at the heart of Paternoster House and my door is always open. Please do pop in and have a coffee and a chat with me.
