Laura Russell

General Manager

Hi, my name is Laura, and I am the General Manager here at Cubbington Mill.

I am a registered general nurse and I qualified in 2009 studying at Coventry University.  Since then, I have spent time working as a Senior Nurse on a surgical ward before moving onto district nursing.  I completed further studies at Birmingham University whilst district nursing and love to learn and keep up-to-date with all elements of nursing practice.

I have been in a managerial role for over 4 years in nursing homes.  I have a very open approach and thrive to deliver the highest quality care to the residents and their families. I look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home.

I believe I work with the best team, with some dedicated long standing staff of 30+ years. Every department is hands on no matter the role, working as a whole home approach.
