Ula Beckford
General Manager
I moved to England from Poland in 2017 to pursue my higher education and qualified as a Registered General Nurse, completing my Master’s Degree at Coventry University. Since then, I have built my career here at Cubbington Mill, first as a Registered Nurse, then stepping into the Deputy Manager role. In November 2023, I was promoted to Operations Manager, supporting care services across the country, and I also completed my NVQ Level 5 in Care Management.
When the opportunity arose to return to Cubbington Mill as General Manager, I didn’t hesitate for a moment. This home holds a very special place in my heart, and I feel privileged to now lead such a dedicated and compassionate team.
I am passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and creating a warm, supportive environment where our residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. I am proud every day to be part of a team that makes Cubbington Mill such a wonderful place to live and work.
