Our trained team of professionals work together to create the best possible experience for those living in the home, striving to deliver excellent care services in a warm, homely environment. You can find out more about some of our wonderful staff members below:
Hi, my name is Jude and I am the General Manager here at Chacombe Park. Welcome to our website!
I have been an RGN since 1999. I lived in Saudi Arabia until 2008, which is when I moved to the UK. I completed my nursing studies at Northampton University and worked as a nurse in Banbury until 2011.
In 2011, I completed my NVQ Level 5 in Management and worked part-time as an assessor for nursing students wishing to join the NMC register.
Now I am with the Chacombe Park team and I am responsible for running this beautiful, purpose-built care home. My passion is to provide an outstanding service for those we support in a warm and pleasant environment.
I live locally and love being a part of this team. I am married and lucky to have such a kind and supportive husband. I also have 2 loving kids who make my life wonderful at home. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling with family and friends.
My favourite saying is: 'life is beautiful'.
I have been a qualified nurse since 1996. I started my career in India as an orthopaedic trauma theatre nurse, and following this, I moved to Italy and worked as a nurse and shift coordinator in a 120 bedded care home. This has given me valuable experience in dementia care and a great opportunity to learn different cultures and values.
Since 2014, I have lived in the UK. I started my career in the UK working for the NHS at The Horton General Hospital on the A&E Department, and my most recent role was as Deputy Sister, again in A&E. My role as deputy sister meant I was the most senior person on shift and involved managing the capacity and flows through the system, and being the first assessor to any deteriorating patients.
I am delighted to have joined Barchester Healthcare and be a part of a company that strongly believes in delivering truly personalised care for our residents in such beautiful and bolstering surroundings.
Hi, my name is Shaju Paul, and I am the Nursing Unit Manager here at Chacombe Park.
After graduating with a degree in Sociology, Philosophy and History, I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2006. I was highly privileged to have gained experience in a busy orthopaedic ward at OUH NHS Trust and at various nursing homes in and around Banbury.
I am delighted to have joined a great team here at Chacombe Park.
Captain Charles Vyvyan Howard
Charles is honoured to have been asked to be our Resident Ambassador.
Siobhan joined the team in 2013 always has time to talk to visitors; she will help out in any way she can and will cover shifts for her colleagues. She is a role model and continues to share her knowledge and expertise with other people. Siobhan always maintains a friendly disposition and your spirits will be raised as soon as you see her welcoming smile.
In 2016, she was named as a Divisional Winner in the 'Home Administration Champion' category at the Barchester Care Awards.
I have worked here at Chacombe Park Care Home since 2013; I started at Chacombe as a care assistant followed by becoming a senior carer before taking on the role as Activities Co-coordinator. I love being part of the fun and entertainment that we have here at Chacombe. I strive to ensure all residents we support are involved with everyday life at Chacombe one way or another by organising group and individual activities.
We have a varied activity programme that is never fixed and if residents are wishing to do an alternative activity this is never an issue. There are regular entertainers, PAT dog, themed events/days such as beach days, cultural days as well as celebrating the big calendar events such as Guy Fawkes. We also have regular trips out on the Mini Bus, which include visiting places of interest, lunch trips/afternoon tea. Relatives, friends and family are encouraged to join the activities that we have going on around the home as often as they can.

My name is Gareth and I am the Head of Maintenance here at Chacombe Park. It is my responsibility to make sure that all the routine checks are carried out and any issues that are raised are acted on and rectified.
As well as following our maintenance programme, part of my job is to ensure that everyday items, such as hoists and touchscreen devices, are repaired in a timely manner.
I enjoy my role here at Chacombe Park and look forward to being part of a successful team now and in the future.
