Cristina Iliuta
Hello. My name is Cristina and I am the General Manager here at Bamfield Lodge.
I joined to Barchester in 2017 and have gained a lot of experience during that time. I am very proud of my work and get a lot of satisfaction from providing high standards of care and guiding the team. As the General Manager I am responsible for the overall running of Bamfield Lodge and assisted in this by a great team of staff. It is hugely rewarding to be able to support our residents and help them to lead fully enriched lives in their new home.
My door is always open to anyone considering care for themselves or for a loved one. Please do not hesitate to contact our home and I will do my upmost to assist you in whatever way I can.
My passion is to ensure that our residents are provided with the very best of care, dignity, respect and support to enable them to live a healthy and happy and life in stunning environment.

Attila Lengyel
Hello, my name is Attila and I am the Clinical Deputy Manager here at Bamfield Lodge. I have over a decade of experience in the care sector, I bring not only my expertise as a Registered Nurse, but also experience from various senior roles that I have fulfilled across a number of care settings including being a General Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead.
I thoroughly enjoying supporting residents at Bamfield and working alongside a wonderful team.
Lavinia Bale
Hello, my name is Lavinia, and I serve as the Head of Unit at Bamfield Lodge.
My journey in supporting the elderly and those in need began over 9 years ago, a cause I'm deeply passionate about. I joined Barchester in 2020, initially as a member of the Care Staff, and subsequently progressed to my current position as Head of Unit. I truly cherish the experiences and bonds formed here.

My name is Elias and I have dedicated to providing compassionate care .
I am passionate about this role as it allows me to utilize my skills to make a meaningful impact on our residents' health and well-being. At Bamfield Lodge, we foster a nurturing environment where our residents feel like part of a big family. I am committed to enhancing their quality of life and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Rosetta Crawford
Hi. I'm Rosetta. I am a registered nurse here at Bamfield Lodge. I have been working within Barchester care homes since 2021 and have been at Bamfield Lodge for over a year now.
Jose Manaca
Hi, my name is Jose and I have worked within the healthcare sector for over 10 years. My background is supporting those living with dementia. My passion is providing extraordinary care with a person-centred approach. My ultimate aim is to ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable and their wishes and choices are respected.
Amy Swayne
Amy joined the team in 2022 as a care assistant, she loves spending time with the residents, joining in with activities and ensuring that our residents have a great experience every day. Amy is our training champion to ensure good quality in the home supporting all of the staff with their training to maintain our high standards of care for our residents.
Kayleigh Strong
Kayleigh joined Bamfield Lodge in June 2022 as a care assistant, Kayleigh is very competent, friendly and takes the best care of your loved ones. She works with a person centred approach and our residents are very fond of her, come and say hello!
Jay
Jay is one of our care assistants here at Bamfield Lodge. Jay has years of experience in specialist dementia care and he always puts our residents first. Outside of work Jay is very family focussed, and he sees the residents, staff and relatives as his wider family.
Daniela Petrea
Daniela has worked in Barchester homes for a number of years, and leads the way for junior care assistants. Daniela has very high standards and she ensures that residents are having a good day - every day! We are very lucky to have Daniela with our team.
Debbie Elstone
Hi, my name is Debbie and I am a kitchen assistant here at Bamfield.
Every day, I'm committed to ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals, and I cherish being a part of this close-knit community.
