I have had the pleasure of working with Ashford House Care Centre, supporting several patients’ discharges from hospital to their care. The team is highly professional, and Daisy, the manager, is exceptionally hands-on. She always supports patients and their families, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from the hospital to the care home. I have consistently found their service to be reliable and compassionate, and I have never received any negative feedback from the patients I have supported to move there. I would highly recommend Ashford House Care Centre for their excellent care and dedication to residents’ wellbeing.

"Barchester Ashford House Care Home is an excellent, well appointed facility, that I would definitely highly recommend. All of the staff, on every level showed professionalism, kindness and respect to my frail, but determined, FTD diagnosed relative during the time that she was there as a resident. One small but important aspect that I really appreciated, was that I could visit at any time, and any day. That itself made a huge difference when I felt I needed to stay a little longer."

I cannot fault his care, the staff are amazing and when he came down recently with an illness it was diagnosed really quickly and medical care was sought immediately. Dad particularly likes the entertainment that's put on regularly throughout the week and the meals they serve our great. I cannot recommend this home enough."

Brilliant care home. They always have great fundraising events, ensuring the residents have fun and enjoy themselves. Family fun days are always popular as everyone gets together and enjoys the entertainment. Excellent staff from carers to house keeping. Would highly recommend

"I visited Barchester Ashford House Care Home to see my friend's sister, now living in your care home. It was the family day, my first visit. I was so impressed with the effort all the staff made to ensure a happy and carefree day for the patients and the families. I was also delighted at the one-to-one relationship with those living in the home and their carers. They were polite, respectful and very caring."
