Hello, my name is Sam, I am the General Manager here at Ashchurch View and welcome you to our website.
I have gained a wealth of experience within the health and social care sector, beginning my nursing career in Guyana, South America. Since then I have worked as registered nurse and a midwife and have loved every minute.
I moved to the UK in 2004 to work as a registered nurse for the NHS before progressing into the private care sector for Barchester, where I secured the role of Deputy Manager here at Ashchurch View. Since then, I was promoted to General Manager in 2023 and couldn't be more delighted to be in this position and work with the amazing team here at Ashchurch.
I am passionate about leading a team of enthusiastic people to deliver the very best support to our residents at the home and promote a tailored, person-centred approach to their care whilst residing with us at Ashchurch View.
