Starting my career as a care assistant, I am committed to providing exceptional care and support to those living at Hampton Grove.

And support the team to drive the quality of care and create a warm, supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Hi, my name is Mandy and I am a Unit Manager here at Hampton Grove.

I work in care because supporting people to live their fullest possible life is very rewarding. At Hampton Grove I have been privileged to work with a dedicated team who supported me to create one of the best care communities in the area. 

One of the best parts of my job is welcoming new residents, getting to know them and working together to achieve their goals.

Hi, my name is Duncan and I am the Head Chef here at Hampton Grove.

As Head Chef I help to lead the Kitchen and Hospitality teams to create sociable dining experiences for our residents. This includes everything from ensuring the Sunday roast meets the resident's high standards, to designing meals which supplement resident's dietary requirements, and much more.

New recipes are always welcome in the kitchen and we love to discuss residents preferences regularly. 

Hi, my name is Dan and I'm part of the maintenance team here at Hampton Grove.

My role is to ensure that the home is always in tiptop condition.

Since joining the team I have also taken on the role of Health & Safety Champion. It is my duty to keep the building in good repair and ensure everyone’s safety.

Hampton Grove is a lovely home with lovely gardens, and everyone who visits us is guaranteed a warm and welcoming hello.

Hello, my name is Rebecca and I am the Head Housekeeper here at Hampton Grove.

I especially enjoy spending time with our residents and getting to know them as my team and I maintain the highest level of cleanliness and standards throughout our home. I love to help our residents settle in and ensure everything is just as they like it every single day!

I am the first person you meet at Hampton Grove and I am on hand to help with any questions new families may have regarding care, visiting or life at our beautiful home.

Hi, my name is Hena and I am Senior Care Assistant here at Hampton Grove.

I have been working at Hampton Grove for many years now and my passion since I was very young has always been looking after the elderly. 

Our residents have so many fantastic stories that they share and I really enjoy getting to know their families and friends too when they come to visit. 

I really enjoy working at Hampton Grove  and nothing drives me more than providing the best possible care for all of our residents who choose to make Hampton Grove their home.

Hi, I'm Nicoletta and I have been a Unit Manager here at Hampton Grove since 2021. 

My team and I help our residents to enjoy life to the full by providing all the daily assistance that each person needs. We are on hand every day to help with the smallest of tasks, and the residents all know they can count on us to be there whenever we are needed. 

I started working for Barchester in October 2020. The team here at Hampton Grove have made me feel welcome. No day is ever the same here.

My varied daily activities and events help to create a stimulating engagement programme to enhance the quality of life for each resident within the home.

Hi, my name is Cassie and I am the Second Chef here at Hampton Grove.

Being Second Chef means that I am responsible not only for the resident's nutrition but also for ensuring that they have a wonderful dining experience. Alongside daily nutritious meals, my team and I fill the cafe with delicious cakes, create regular afternoon tea parties, host private dining events and support the Activities team with their life enrichment programme. 

I love meeting new residents and discussing their favourite foods with them. 

Hi, my name is Paul and I am the Head of Maintenance here at Hampton Grove.

As the Head of Maintenance, I make sure the home and gardens are maintained to a high standard. We are very proud of our beautiful home and the whole team works hard to ensure that our residents enjoy living here.

It is my responsibility to make sure every resident's stay here is as comfortable as possible and I am always on hand to help residents with putting up a new picture, installing a new TV or rearranging their furniture. 

My door is always open to anyone who has an idea about improving the home in any way. 

Hi, my name is Deborah and I am the receptionist and Admin Assistant here at Hampton Grove.  I have worked here at Hampton Grove for 3 years and really enjoy speaking to visitors and residents.  

Hello, ny name is Paunita and i am one of the senior carers here at Hampton Grove Care Home. I joined the team in October 2023. 

I enjoy my role within the home, being able to support our residents on a daily basis, ensuring they have highest welbeing possible. Discovering about their lives before living at Hampton Grove, is so rewarding and helps create wonderful friendships 

Hello, my name in Kerry and I'm one of the senior care assistants here at Hampton Grove. I've worked in care for over 15 years and joined the team here in January 2022. We are a very supportive team who love looking after our residents and learning from them, and one another.

Hi, my name is June and I'm a Care Assistant here at Hampton Grove. Originating from Country Durham, I lived in Cape Town, South Africa for 40 years before coming to the UK 2 year ago and joining the team at Hampton Grove in 2020. I was spired on following my father's illness in 2017 to explore a career in care. I enjoy looking after people, and caring for their needs, I find making them smile extremely fulfilling. In my spare time I love to read and go hiking in the UKs beautiful countryside.

Hello my name is Teresa, I've worked at Hampton Grove since September 2009 as part of the hospitality team. I enjoy my role as Kitchen Assistant and the team I work with. I'm local to the home living in Yaxley, in my spare time I'm an Avon representative for friends, family and fellow staff.
