We work closely with Cubbington Mill Care Home supplying their residents with the mobility equipment they require.

Whenever we go into Cubbington Mill we are greeted by the lovely Laura at reception!

All the carers and staff are more than happy to help and all the residents are always smiling when we visit them.

My Nan moved in here this year, I recently travelled down from Scotland to see her. What an amazing change in her since leaving her old care home.. she was obviously very happy, she remains active and was sat in the beautiful garden when I arrived.
I could see she was well cared for, she was clean/tidy and her clothes looked smart. Her room was tidy and homely, too.
The staff were extremely welcoming, and the home was very clean. I left there feeling happy that she had found her final home and was happy and loved. Thankyou

I was made very welcome on my visit to Cubbington Mill Care Home following a generous donation of a thousand pounds to The Gap Community Centre in Warwick where I work as an Older Adults Co-ordinator. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere in the home with all residents looking happy and contented in their surroundings. The staff were particularly friendly and there was plenty of opportunity to talk with the residents and hear their interesting life stories. While I was there, I was offered coffee and cake and joined in the morning activity of finding words of which I thoroughly enjoyed and was given a programme highlighting all of the activities for the week. I hope I’m invited back at some point as I would most certainly accept.

We cannot thank the staff at Cubbington Mill enough for their care and compassion throughout my sisters time here.
From the day we arrived in October ‘24 to her passing last Saturday, we were looked after so well. The care they gave my sister was wonderful, taking time to get to know her and always happy to chat which she found a comfort. During her final week which was incredibly difficult, we were kept informed, fed and watered to make this heartbreaking time a little easier. We even received a call from one of the nurses on Monday to offer her condolences and to see how we all were, again a huge comfort to us.

From the moment we first visited Cubbington Barchester, we knew it was something special. The team there goes above and beyond to create not just a care home, but a genuine home filled with warmth, dignity, and kindness.

Every member of staff – from the carers to the kitchen team to the management – treats residents with the utmost respect and compassion. You can tell they truly care about each individual and go out of their way to make them feel valued and safe. It’s not just the big things they get right, but the little thoughtful touches that make all the difference.

The home itself is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and always welcoming. The activities are varied and engaging, the food is of a high standard, and there’s a real sense of community and joy in the atmosphere.

It’s incredibly reassuring to know that our loved one is not only well cared for but genuinely happy at Cubbington Barchester. We can’t thank the team enough for the peace of mind they’ve given our family. They are truly a credit to the care profession.

If you are considering care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Cubbington Barchester highly enough.

"My father had the pleasure of a respite session here in 2019 and the care, attention and overwhelmingly friendly experience made the decision to move here as a resident, 6 years later, an easy one. The support this week has, once again, been exemplary leaving both my father + myself with peace of mind. It is very comforting to head back overseas knowing my father is extremely happy. To say goodbye this trip was easy, as he was beaming as he said "thank you so much for getting me back here". This is all down to the staff, the surroundings + constant attention to detail."

From the moment I rang to enquire and the support I received I know it was the place for us. "My dad came from a hospice to Barchester Cubbington Mill Care Home in September. Even though he was only there until the end of October when he sadly died, I cannot thank them enough. The staff will always hold a special place in my heart and eased my anxiety of him going into a care home. Even in those short weeks, I knew my dad was safe and well looked after and more importantly, I felt included and could visit anytime, even stay with him which was really important to me. There is always someone to offer you support and words of advice and comfort and I will never forget any of them. They truly are angels."

"The staff are very caring, and there is always a friendly greeting to visitors. The activities coordinators do a fantastic job of encouraging residents to be involved physically and with their minds. Personal tastes in food are taken care of, and the menus always look delicious. The rooms and general areas are kept clean and fresh. Having nurses on site gives peace of mind that residents’ health is under constant review. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and cared for. The rooms are a reasonable size, but it would be nice if they had a little more space. Contrary to expectations, my mother is very content to be being looked after there."

"I visited to attend to the garden outside my deceased husband's room, which I promised to maintain after his death. I was made very welcome by all the staff who knew me and by those new to the home since my husband died. I was warmly treated and offered coffee, and was pleased to chat with the staff. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming."

"Cubbington Mill has been fantastic for my dad. The entire staff heave ensured he settled in very quickly and it now really feels like home to dad. "Cubbington care home is a lovely establishment that really goes beyond its way to look after their residents. My uncle has been here for a few months now and has been treated with excellent care from the management team, care, nurses, and activities team leader.
