Our Team
The dedicated and experienced team are passionate about providing quality care to each individual living at the home.

Shelley Watts
Hi, my name is Shelley, and I am the general manager here at Wimborne. Welcome to our website!
I have worked as an RGN in the adult social care Sector for over 25 years. Before joining Wimborne, I managed a home with nursing for advanced dementia, and my last role was as an Independent Consultant, working closely with staff to achieve the best outcomes possible for their home.
As a General Manager, I am most proud of the inclusivity I bring to the whole team experience. Everyone is valued in their own right. I am proud to empower those in my team to ensure the best standards for the people we care for.
