I had the pleasure of visiting this care home recently, and I can say it was an absolute delight. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. The maintenance staff demonstrated a deep knowledge and expertise, which really stood out. The entire staff was friendly. Plus, they offered coffee and cakes, which was such a nice touch. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience!

I cannot recommend this nursing home more highly. They are very professional and kind, the patients are in very good hands, the place is immaculate and nicely decorated. The food is good and the staff very compassionate and organised.

Very accommodating staff and manager and provided me their training room and lovely food. Facilities are very nice and neat.

We went to visit this afternoon during their Open Day, with a view to respite care provision over the next few weeks for one of our close family members. We were greeted warmly by one of the care team in reception and shown around by the General Manager, Mrs Kaur. We are very grateful for her time, care, insight, and understanding of our predicament. The few residents we met were in excellent spirits and happy to chat with us (we had permission to bring our little dog with us), and we were impressed with the premises - the gardens, lounges, dining area and rooms looked very clean and well-maintained, the hosts and nursing staff were all very pleasant. Mrs Kaur then invited us to have homemade (delicious cherry!) cake and tea/coffee in the garden, where she gave us more of her time. It’s never an easy decision to make, but we felt far more relaxed after spending a good amount of time there this afternoon, with a view to returning for a casual ‘visit’ in the near future. Having worked in care homes in the past, I was delighted to see their weekly activities list, which can make such a difference to residents’ emotional and physical care.

My Mother has been there for a year and I love all the staff at the home. They are always smiling, supportive and friendly with the families. They are very aware of what is going on and make me feel that she is getting the best possible care and that is really important. I would always recommend them and the Home.

Open day BBQ Absolute success. All staff went over and above to ensure residents and visitors had a lovely day. Food really delicious and plentiful. Entertainment great. A huge thanks to all the staff for making the day a very memorable and enjoyable one. You can tell all residents are well cared for happy.

"My ex husband was admitted a year ago, the immediate impression of the nursing home was it was warm friendly, clean and very nicely decorated. All of the staff are highly professional and kind. The food is excellent and the bedrooms very comfortable and have smart televisions. I have no hesitation in recommending Barchester Wimbledon Beaumont care. It is run to a top standard."

"Since my husband was admitted to the Beaumont two months ago with a diagnosis of vascular dementia, my son and I have been very impressed by the degree of professional care he has received and the compassion he has been shown. As his condition has deteriorated the staff have shown great patience and we do not feel that he could be in a better place. The weekly activities programme is very impressive and the menus are imaginative and appetizing."

"During this period of Covid lockdown. I have found the manager, cares and staff of Wimbledon Beaumont to be exceptional in their dedication, professionalism and attitude. They face the pandemic with courage, commitment and with compassion. I felt they listened to my needs regarding my father's care and were flexible, willing, supportive and patient in finding a way to allow covid safe visits to meet my father's individual needs. Exceptional"

"We cannot be more thankful for the excellent care and attention given to our mother during her time at Wimbledon Beaumont. Our mother was well cared for and treated with respect at all time and given the necessary nursing and medical carer when requested. In her final days and hours, our mother and her daughters were so well looked after with kindness, dignity and respect. Thank you, we couldn't be more grateful."
