Westlake House Care Home in Horsham

Westlake House is a friendly and inviting residential care home, offering 24-hour nursing and residential care for older people in need of support. Alongside this, we offer respite care and short breaks. Our person-centred approach to care is provided by professionals who are committed to making the home an exceptional place to live and enable all residents to enjoy an improved quality of life.

Westlake House had a major refurbishment in 2017 and its new appearance was carefully designed with the people we care for in mind. The home now has en-suite, fully furnished bedrooms that can be personalised, beautiful lounge areas with views of our gardens, as well as elegant and spacious dining rooms.

Our high quality facilities and standards of care are reflected across all aspects of life within the home; our team of chefs are passionate about producing nutritious meals that are appetising and varied. Meanwhile, our activities coordinators work hard to create exciting social programmes that appeal to residents' own interests.

We welcome guests at any time, so why not arrange a visit and experience West Lake for yourself?

Our Team

The dedicated and experienced team are passionate about providing quality care to each individual living at the home.

Audrey Chiduku

General Manager

My name is Audrey Chiduku and I am the General Manager at Westlake House. Welcome to our website!

I started my nursing career in 2005 back in South Africa, since then I’ve never looked back. I have extensive experience working in the Healthcare industry mainly in the private sector. I am very passionate about making a difference in my residents’ lives; seeing them all happy and well cared for is what I live for. I joined Barchester Healthcare because of the values they stand for which I strive to live by every day of my work life. When I came to the UK I fell in love with looking after the elderly, listening to their life stories and seeing how they have aged gracefully and acquired new behaviours is quite intriguing. I hold various certifications in my nursing carer as well as a BSc degree in Maths and Statistics. At Westlake House we work towards delivering excellent care to our residents in a holistic approach where individual needs are met in a respectful and dignified manner.
