Ben Patterson
General Manager
Hi, my name is Ben, and I am the General Manager here at Washington Grange Care Home. Welcome to our website!
I have worked for Barchester since 2022, working in a variety of roles that have given me valuable insight into every aspect of care home life. Starting in a support role, I developed strong foundations in hand on care, teamwork and leadership, which has shaped the way I manage today.
During my time with the company, I have gained experience in leading teams through positive change and have been proud to play a key role in supporting a home to improve its CQC rating. I am passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home, families feel reassured, and staff feel supported and valued.
As General Manager, my goal is to ensure that every individual receives the highest quality of care, delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion, while also continuously developing our services to meet the needs of our community.
