I have worked in Health and Social Care for the last 13 years. I have worked in luxury care homes for the last 6 years. Supporting and enabling our residents to live life to the full is my top priority along with delivering person centred care for both residents who require residential and residential dementia care.
I am truly honoured to be part of their journey, ensuring a smooth transition into our luxury environment at Stoneham Grove.

I started my career working with residents with learning difficulties and then moved into residential and dementia care for the elderly. My passion is looking after residents who are living with dementia, it brings me joy to know that all we do makes a difference to their day
I love spending time with my family and friends when I'm not working and I also have a little boy who I love to take out on days away

Dijana Sokolovic-Knapper

I am a committed and experienced care professional with nearly 10 years in the health and social care sector. My journey began as a Carer at Barchester Care Homes, where my passion for supporting others quickly led me to progress into senior roles. Over the years, I advanced from Carer to Senior Carer, then to Care Practitioner, and now proudly hold the position of Community Care Lead.
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care and have successfully completed the Care Practitioner Program. I was honoured to be nominated twice for Carer of the Year in recognition of my deep commitment and genuine care for those I support.
My background includes working in nursing home settings, where I gained vital experience administering medications and supporting individuals with complex needs. I currently work in a beautiful residential home, where I continue to uphold the highest standards of care for our residents.
I take pride in mentoring others, being a reliable team member, and contributing to a positive, supportive environment for both staff and residents. My goal has always been to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, and I remain dedicated to growing as a leader in care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my beloved dog, finding joy and balance in the simple, meaningful moments of life.

Hello, my name is Louise, I am the Administrator for Stoneham Grove.
I am proud to be part of a great team within our home. I joined Barchester in July ready for our home to open in December and am very excited to be part of a new build. I have worked in the private care sector for 12 years, working my way from Receptionist, Admin Assistant and now Administrator.
I love my role as no two days are the same, I also get to communicate with the residents and their families. I am lucky that being the Administrator I get to liaise with all departments. I am friendly, approachable and love to learn new things.
I have three grown up children and one grandson. I enjoy family time as well as walking, dining out and going on cruises.

Hello, I’m Emma and I am the Second Chef at Stoneham Grove
I’ve worked in the care sector for nearly 9 years and originally joined the home as a care assistant. Caring for others has always come naturally to me, and I love building relationships with both residents and their families.
More recently, I’ve taken on the role of Second Chef, where I’m able to combine my caring nature with my love of cooking. I really enjoy cooking meals that are not only nutritious but also bring comfort and familiarity to the people we support.
I really enjoy being creative, outside of work I love to crochet, draw and do a lot of baking which I love sharing with family and friends

Along my journey, I have been fortunate enough to be named Dementia care champion of the year both regionally and nationally. I have also been named regional frontline leader of the year.
