Nicola Woods
General Manager
Hello my name is Nicola, and I am the General Manager at Mill Court.
I have been a proud Barchester team member for over 10 years. My specialisation has been in dementia care and mental health care, for both of which I have had a passion since I was young.
My career has led me to be a part of extraordinary teams that have helped make a difference in hundreds of lives. Along my journey, I have been fortunate enough to be named Dementia Care Champion of the year both regionally and nationally. I have also been named regional frontline leader of the year.
I am looking forward to helping Mill Court achieve great things over the coming years, and I can’t wait to meet our residents and help them to achieve maximum life enrichment.
