My company supplies Barchester, and I’ve visited dozens of homes across the UK, typically spending a day or two on site and speaking with staff. Standards are consistently high, but this home truly stands out. You can feel the warmth and care from both the staff and management team the moment you walk through the door, and it’s reflected in how happy and comfortable the residents seem. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to have one of my own loved ones stay here.

Went to visit my Grandparents, the premises are supremely clean and well presented and staff are wonderfully polite and friendly

I had the pleasure of delivering a health and wellbeing talk and interactive session at Mill Court Care Home earlier this year.

The team were incredibly welcoming, and it was clear to see the level of care, professionalism and kindness shown to residents and their families. The atmosphere in the home felt warm and supportive, and the staff were very engaged in conversations about wellbeing and quality of life.

It was wonderful to see such interest in health, vitality and lifestyle topics, and to meet residents and relatives who were keen to take part in the discussion.

"Mum came to Mill Court for a two week respite stay. Nicola and her team were very welcoming, did a fantastic job of caring for her, and were responsive to feedback. The home itself is new and well-appointed. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied and a good social atmosphere. The stay was a real tonic: we were amazed how much Mum's mental and physical state improved over the period. She will be coming back in the future. Highly recommended."

I have been hairdressing at Mill Court since the care home opened. The residents enjoy having their hair done and having a chat. All the residents seem so happy, and relaxed.
The atmosphere in the home exudes warmth and calm. The staff are professional, and show a lot of love, kindness and care to the residents.
The facilities and activities are first class.
