Operations Manager

Hi, my name is Mark and I am an Operations Manager currently supporting here at Lindum House. Welcome to our website!

Thank you for taking the time to look further into what we have to offer to you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.

Hello my name is Rowena and I have worked at Lindum House for over 15 years as a Nurse. I’m very dedicated to my job and get great joy from helping others. Before joining the Lindum House team I worked in the NHS. 

Liam Gibbons

Head of Maintenance

I joined the team in 2019 and initially as the homes gardener before progressing to Head of Maintainance in October 2021. I am very passionate about maintaining our beautiful home and gardens to a high standard for our residents and visitors.

Vanessa Playford

Admin Assistant

Vanessa joined Lindum House in August 2021, as our Admin Assistant. Vanessa has vast experience within this position, and has great person centred approach. Vanessa enjoys working within the care sector, and is looking forward to being part of the Lindum Team.

Helen Scott

Activities Coordinator

Hi, my name is Helen and I am the activities coordinator here at Lindum House. We all know that keeping active is important. We have created a wonderful culture within the home and we work together to give residents the best possible experience.

We are here to ensure that residents enjoy an environment that is both stimulating and socially active. We ensure the team knows each residents' preferences, so that we can deliver a person-centered program of events and activities.
