Care and Facilities

Choosing a care home for your loved one can be a difficult decision at the best of times, but when you're unsure of what care they require, this choice can be a lot harder to make. Here at Hollyfield's Care Home, we can offer a number of unique care options. Our staff are here to provide care for those on their journey with dementia and those living with a physical or mental disability. We also care for adults living with learning disabilities, Down's syndrome and those with more complex needs. Those we support have access to a number of different home features and facilities, and our activities programme consists of occupational, therapeutic and physical activities to help stimulate individuals.
