Meet the Hempton Field Care Home Team

Hello, my name is Tina and I am the Administrator at Hempton Field.  I have worked in the care sector for the past 14 years, undertaking different roles. I have now worked in administration for the past 8 years and I greatly enjoy my role here.  I am responsible for the finance within the home and will often be the person you speak to on the phone.  Myself and the team are here to support residents and their families.

Hello, my name is Heather and I am the Head Chef here at Hempton Field.  I have worked at the home for over 20 years and love that the home is a big part of the community.  I take time to talk to the residents about their food preferences and love hearing their suggestions. 

Nutrition and a balanced diet is so important for our residents, and as appetites lessen the presentation and taste of the food is also vital.  I put together menus that use fresh quality ingredients as well as a few treats including home-made cakes. 

Hi my name is Lahari and I have been looking after our residents here at Hempton Field for over a year and a half. Theres not many people that can say they love what they do, but for me everyday is full of rewards when taking care of people. Im glad I can be there to support with what they need.

Hello, my name is Sharon and I am a Night Care Assistant here at Hempton Field.  I take time to get to know the residents' night time routine and I am always happy to chat to anyone who can't sleep, I feel so fortunate to work in the care sector.

Hi, my name is Tracey and I am a Care Assistant here at Hempton Field. I have worked in care for many years now and really love what I do. I love taking care of our residents living us, they are the heart of our home and I take great pride in supporting them.

Hello, my name is Morag and I am a Kitchen Assistant here at Hempton Field.  I so enjoy being part of the hospitality team ensuring our residents have a varied and nutritional diet.  

Having spent many years running my own decoration business, I decided to turn my hobby into my career and became a full-time gardener in 2024 where I added Hempton Field as one of my clients.

The residents and staff were so nice that when the opportunity came up to be maintenance assistant, I applied for the role, and I am happy to say I am now part of the team.

Hi, my name is Sally and I'm part of the housekeeping team here at Hempton Field. The proudest part of my job is ensuring that both mine and my team's performance is to the highest standard ensuring the environment is spotless! We also ensure the residents have a hot drink when cleaning the rooms or even a fresh cake from the kitchen, our purpose is to support all our residents and staff with the daily running of our beautiful home.

Hi everyone im Felix. Im a graduate of Lorma College in the Philippines and finished the course of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1994. Since then I have worked a number of Nursing roles across the UK, including roles in London. My wife and I live in Aylesbury and I love working as a Registered General Nurse at Hempton and for Barchester. This is a great team to be part of and we have the best residents living in the home

I previously worked in a nursing home as a receptionist. I really enjoyed this job, and it was there that I started to help out and get involved with activities. 

I left the job to go travel around Australia. After I returned from my travels, I was so lucky that the activities position became available at Hempton Field when it did… I feel it was meant to be.

Hello, my name is Lisa and I have been working as a receptionist and administration assistant here at Hempton Fields for over two years.  I live locally and really enjoy my job working with the great team here at Hempton Fields.  Along with Tina we are here to support residents and families and will often be the people you speak to on the phone and welcome you to the home.

Hi my name is Yasaya and i joined the team at Hempton Field in 2024. Having been a carer for a number of years now, its lovely to be part of team in such a unique environment where we care for the people who need us. We have such a warm and lovely home with some great people and im so proud to be part of what we do.

Hi my name is Lauren and im a care assistant at Hempton Field. Being a Carer is very rewarding, we have a superb team and fantastic residents. The care team look after each resident's day to day care needs, its like being one big family.

Hello, my name is Kim and I have been a kitchen assistant at Hempton Field for over 20 years.  I am mainly a Kitchen assistant but also help as a chef, my speciality is cheesecake!  I love working with our residents and chatting to them about their food likes and dislikes.

I left school at 16 years old and became an apprentice bricklayer. I was in the building business for 28 years before I joined the theatre in a maintenance role. 

I was looking for a change in my career, so I applied for the Head of maintenance role. I knew straight away I would be happy here. 

Hi my name is Gabriel and im a housekeeper at Hempton Field. I joined the team this year in a new role for me and I've loved every minute of it. I really enjoy being able to help the residents look after rooms and keeping the home looking clean and safe for everyone.
