Hello, my name is Natalie, and I am the General Manager here at Crandon Springs. Welcome to our website!
I started my career in the care industry in 1997 as a care assistant, from day one I knew I had found my calling. Over the years I have worked as an Activities Co-Ordinator, a home care manager, a Customer Co-Ordinator and Quality Assurance Officer with a local authority. I have been a care home manager since 2019.
Crandon Springs has to be the pinnacle of my career, I am very proud to be a part of this exciting journey. I aim to ensure, as a team we are providing outstanding person-centred care, whilst meeting the individuals needs with passion and dignity.
I look forward to welcoming you into Crandon Springs!
Hello! My name is Rafal and I am proud to say I am the Head Chef here at Crandon Springs. I really enjoy working at the home and helping to create new dishes, getting to know the residents and listening to what foods they like and making the menu exciting and enjoyable for them.
I look forward to meeting our residents, families and visitors!
Hello, my name is Bethany, and I am the Home Service Advisor here at Crandon Springs. My role is to help guide you from initial enquiry to admission into our new home, I am here every step of the way.
As the Home Services Advisor at Crandon Springs I am here to support, offer advice and answer any questions that you may have to help make the move into your new Barchester home less daunting and something to truly look forward too.
I joined Barchester in June 2020 and I have loved every minute of it. I have watched Crandon Springs develop from a building site, to a marketing suite and now a beautiful care home. I am a born and raised Somerset girl and love living in the near surroundings. My career prior to Barchester had been in estate agency and customer experience management roles.
Hi I’m Paul. I have worked in maintenance roles for over 20 years. Much of this time was in the leisure industry, maintaining swimming pools, steam rooms and spa pools, etc. I am a painter by trade, but I can turn my hand to most repairs and I have the ability to discover how different things work so that I can make them safe to use.
I’m also NEBOSH qualified and so I have a broad knowledge of health and safety regulations. I’ve lived in Yeovil for 3 years, having spent my whole life previously in Kent. I’ve been married for 31 years and I have 5 grown-up children and 6 grandchildren. In my spare time I love to cook and I enjoy gardening but I’m most often found doing DIY jobs around the home and garden
My name is Tabby, I am one of the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator's. I am so excited to welcome our residents and their families to our oustanding home here at Crandon Springs.
As part of the Lifestyle enrichment team I will be organising fun and individual daily activities. I am responsible for keeping everyone busy and engaged in and around our beautiful home and gardens, as well as getting out and about as much as possible. I will ensure our residents have three varied activities to choose from per day. I cannot wait to start enriching our residents lives, creating memories and friendships.
Hello, my name is Lisa, I am the Administration Manager here at Crandon Springs. I joined Barchester Healthcare in November 2020 and I am so excited to be apart of the home opening and looking forward to a new adventure!
I have worked within the care sector for the past 14 years and gained several qualifications in administration and human resources. I am known to my family as a costa obsessed - hot chocolate with cream is my favourite!
I look forward to welcoming you all into Crandon Springs very soon and look forward to helping with anything to make our residents move a smooth transition.
Hello! My name is Dannielle and I am a Senior Carer here at Crandon Springs. I will probably be one of the first welcoming faces you will encounter here within our home. Prior to becoming a Senior Carer here I have a wealth of experience working within the care sector, particularly working within the community.
I enjoy making people laugh and having fun with our residents and brightening their day. I have a degree in photography and cannot wait to do some photography workshops with our residents! I have lived in Wells for 23 years and love it here!
Hello, my name is Ginette! I am very excited to be a Care Assistant here at Crandon Springs and help support our residents everyday. I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years and find care so rewarding. I have lived in Wells over 35 years so I am sure to see some familiar faces from the city!
