Hi, my name is Kirsty, and I am the General Manager here at Crabwall Hall. Welcome to our website!
I have been at Crabwall Hall since 2017, and I have been the registered manager since May 2019. Previously to that, I was the Deputy Manager.
I have been in the care sector since 2008 and have predominantly worked with the elderly. I am proud and privileged to have had the opportunity to care for the older generation, and I hope to continue to do so for many years to come.
Nicky joined Crabwall Hall in December 2017 as a Senior Care Assistant on days. In December 2018, Nicky became the Deputy Manager.
Tracy has worked at Crabwall Hall for the past 29 years. Tracy started off working days care but after 3 years swapped over to nights where she was team leader for 25 years. After that Tracy swapped back over to Days when a senior role became available and she has now been Team Leader for the last 2 years.
I have worked at Crabwall Hall since 2017. I started at Crabwall as a carer, working through day shifts before transferring to the activities team 6 months later. Before Crabwall Hall, I was a production manager for a PPE manufacturing company based in Runcorn.
Karen has been at Crabwall since 2012, and has always worked in activities. She also helps out in the kitchen and with care. Before Crabwall, Karen was a dinner lady and classroom assistant at Bryn Deva Special Needs School.
My role is varied, from meeting and greeting our residents, their families and visitors to the home to assisting with the finance and administration duties within the home.
Every day is different here at Crabwall Hall. The best part of my job is meeting new people, showing them what we provide and getting to know each person well as they move in and become part of the Crabwall Hall community.
I look forward to you visiting and showing you around our wonderful home!
Pearl has been with us for 5 months as Hostess. Beforehand, Pearl was a waitress at the Queens Hotel in Chester.
I joined Crabwall Hall as Maintenance Manager & Gardener in January 2020. Maintenance is paramount when it comes to our residents, relatives and colleagues, and my role is to keep the home environment up to the highest standards possible, ultimately creating a safe and warm place for our residents to live and my colleagues to work.
I also manage and deal with contractors, keeping records up-to-date for our audits. As part of my role, I am also responsible for maintaining the home's extensive grounds. Prior to joining the team at Crabwall Hall, I owned my own window cleaning business.
