General Manager
Welcome to Crabwall Hall Care Home. My name is Nicole, and I am the General Manager here.
I have been working within the care sector since 2007, staring my career as a Carer in Guernsey, where I grew up. Through my own personal experiences at an early age, I developed a strong passion for delivering heart-felt, meaningful care and this passion has continued throughout my life.
I joined Crabwall Hall in 2017, where I began working as a Carer. I have flourished here and Barchester have supported by career growth over the years. I have worked my work through the ranks to Senior Carer, Deputy Manager and I was thrilled to step into the role of General Manager in 2023.
I love what I do, and I am proud and privileged to have the opportunity to care for the older generation, who deserve so much and I lead my team to deliver a high standard of person-centred care to our residents, placing them at the heart of everything we do.
