Meet the Bushey House Beaumont Care Home Team

My role is to ensure the home is kept safe and clean. I am also the Infection Control Champion working closely with the nursing team to maintain the highest standards of hygiene in the home. I love to look after our beautiful residence and to make it inviting and comfortable for residents and their visitors.

I love spending time with family and friends including going to the cinema and sampling new restaurants.

I have been a nurse for over 13 years. My responsibilities involve oversight for the nursing team at Bushey House ensuring high quality health care is delivered for our residents. I provide mentorship and training for our nurses and function as a Care Co-ordinator. I am also the Wellbeing Champion which entails planning and facilitating activities for residents and staff to promote health and wellbeing.

I enjoy travelling, visiting historical places and singing.

Hello I am Linda a Registered Nurse at Bushey House Beaumont. I did my nurse training in Ghana where I worked in a large general hospital. This is my first nursing role based in a care home and I really enjoy getting to know and care for our lovely residents.

Avni's passion for his cooking is reflected in the delivery of his food. Having previously won Barchester' Chef of the year,  Avni and his team continue to produce freshly made, nutritious and appetising menus from our kitchen at Bushey House Beaumont.

Working on the busy reception desk keeps me busy. Its a very varied role and I get to talk too and meet some lovely people. With residents, their families and guests coming and going, it makes for a interesting day every day.

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I have worked at Bushey House for over 14 years starting back in 2004. I have worked up to senior carer now and am also head carer for our assisted living apartments that form part of the home here at Bushey House.

Hi, I am Mariana and am Housekeeper at Bushey House Beaumont. I have worked here for over 6 years commencing my role in 2014. Both myself, and my Housekeeping team, really pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the home. We work tirelessly to make sure that everything is spotless for our residents, so they can enjoy life to the maximum.

I have worked in administrative related roles for over 10 years and with Barchester for over 2 years. I enjoy working for Barchester Healthcare because it has given me great opportunities to learn and develop. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and making processes as smooth as possible for our residents and their families.

My hobbies include cycling, fishing and exploring places of natural beauty.

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I am a Home Services Advisor.

I also work closely with our local community, building connections and helping people feel welcome at Bushey House.

I started working at Bushey House Beaumont in 2022 in an activities role that I absolutely love. There are very few jobs that offer the daily satisfaction and fulfilment that mine does. I am delighted to be able to play my part in helping to bring joy and laughter into our residents’ daily lives and offer them an interesting choice of events to do just that.

It is my pleasure to be working at Bushey House Beaumont Care Home in a Grade 2 listed building which has great charm. I have many years’ experience in this field. Making the environment safe for all our residents and team is my primary goal.

I have worked at Bushey House since 2014. Coming into work every day and seeing a smile on our residents' faces is what makes it worth while. I pride myself in giving 100% dedication to not only the home, but also the residents I support.

I have been 2nd chef working with Avni for over 11 years now starting in 2010. I really enjoy working in the kitchen and have learnt so much over the years. We really do provide outstanding quality food and always listen to our residents like and dislikes and are guided by them.
