Hello, my name is Lindsey and I am the Deputy Manager here at Burwood Grange. I have had the pleasure of working for Barchester Healthcare for the past 11 years where I have fulfilled my passion for caring for people. My role is to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care while taking a person centred approach.

Hello my name is Heather. I am the Home Services Advisor here at Burwood Grange. Although new to Barchester I have many years experience working in care. I feel very honoured to be part of the team here. I have a wonderful role of meeting and supporting residents and families with their very important decision in choosing the right care home. Pop in and say hello you will be made to feel very welcome.

Hello my name is Peter and I am Head of Maintenance at Burwood Grange. I have worked in care for 12 years. I am originally from South Africa but have been in the UK fro tewnty five years. I am very happy to be working with the amazing team at Burwood Grange 

Hello, my name is Mariana. Originally I come from Romania. I arrived in the UK in 2013 and have worked in care since. I am a senior carer at Burwood Grange. I decided to work for Barchester because it's such high quality and the training is excellent. It has been a big experience for me. I have enjoyed meeting my new team and getting to know them. My manager Dacre is excellent and very helpful.

My family life is very busy with my own elderly parents. Many things I have learned already help me be a better carer to them, as they mean so much to me. Seeing other people happy brings me so much joy and I am proud to be a part of the team here.

Hello, my name is Janet, I am the laundry assistant. I am very happy to be part of the team here at Burwood Grange. I am very passionate about my work and take great pride in what I do. I feel very glad to be part of this journey with our new residents and my new team in this beautiful home.

HI My name is Roxy and I have worked for seven years with Barchester. I started as a senior carer and worked my way up to be a care practitioner and I am now very happy to be part of the team at Burwood Grange as a care community lead.

My name is Ana and I am Portuguese. I came to the UK in 2017 with my daughter, which is when I started to work in the care industry. It is a very rewarding job and I feel happy to contribute to the wellbeing of others and make a positive difference in their lives. I am very happy for the opportunity to join the team at Burwood Grange  and follow in their lead to provide fantastic care to our wonderful residents.

Hello my name is Kate and I am the Head of our Housekeeping team at Burwood Grange.

Although I previously worked in Finance and Recruitment, I have worked in this role in another care home for four years.

I feel it is a privilege to work in such a beautiful new home.

Hi, My name is Delia and I am the resident hairdresser and physiotherapist at Burwood Grange. I have been working with Barchester since 2016 and also work at 2 other homes within the Barchester group.
