"We are very pleased indeed with the care the staff are taking with Mum. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful. Also, staff have gone out of their way to make Mum feel welcome. Excellent care home, I would recommend. 2 minor points for attention, 1, Smart TVs with elderly confused people? Mum just wanted to press a button and see a particular channel. 2, visitors come and don't sign in, we didn't know who they were. Please ask everyone to identify themselves."

"The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is comfortable and spacious. Food is most acceptable. Cinema most acceptable. It is great staying here. The home is lovely."
