I am Siddharth Vaghela.16 years ago, I started my career as a domestic worker in the care industry. Over the years, I worked my way up and became a home manager 8 years ago. I combine frontline experience with compassionate leadership.
My residents are more than just part of my job; they are the reason I have dedicated 16 years to this work. I collaborate with caregivers, families, and communities to create environments where dignity is non-negotiable and where those who provide care are empowered to excel.
